We paid £120 pp for a Sunrise Phi Phi island tour (8/9 hours with 9 stops)
We personally chose this tour as it was a smaller group (we only had 13 and the max is 15) and not only did we watch a beautiful sunrise at sea, but we reached most of the places before they starting getting busy!
