There's a defined list of what might can be used on, as part of the rules for Might. Anytime there's an exception, then it is listed as part of the rule.
rating lurtz way below the sheit ring wraiths is a bit unfair. I often include him in my isengard lists. He is not exceptional but he is a slightly upgraded captain. 3M, 3A, S5, all the important heroic actions. He is fine. Not exceptional but definitly at least in the same league as the named ring wraiths you literally never take in mordor.
Totally agree. For 90 pts he is really good value! Special rule is great, strik and march. 3w 3a, str 5, d7 for 90 pts?? Really good imo. Agree with most of their ratings though.
