Injury is making Arteta hv decision to let him go but honestly he's very good in midfield.
I truly believe arsenal has the best midfield in the premier league when with Odergaard partey rice.... Such a shame we were denied all season with Partey injuries.

Partey would equal kill it sometimes considering his tougher role at cdm than odegaards, but that is not to say partey is better. I for instance enjoy watching fit solid partey as much as odegaard or rice

He was the missing piece
I hope he stays. He came from a league that is not as physically intensive as the Premier league, which might have had an impact on his injuries. However, he will now have adapted to the physical demands and his skillset will not be deminished for a few more years as he's not reliant on speed, his strengths are awareness and technical ability.
