If this doesn’t work for you hold your settings button and while holding it, spin your volume button quickly to the right. Worked for my 2014 qx60 anyway.
Charlie, I have the QX60 2017, hey man I tried many a times and It just don't go to the Diagnostic/ Secret Menu. I did exactly as you demonstrated, please advise when possible.
Hitting setting and Turing the volume worked for me but this “diagnostic” menu seems to only be for the nav and camera system. It’s not for your check engine light coming on as I have that on and this menu said all was green.
Using a secret menu is a set up for failure if you use this function you will mess up your car and it will cost you over $5,000 to have a new radio to fix it., Infinity do not have any specialized training to reprogram all the things that you are going to lose by messing with that secret menu don't fall for it.
