Food Services: Careers in Long-Term Care

There are a number of career opportunities in the dietary and food service department within long-term care homes. Dieticians make sure that the meals for each resident are healthy and meet their nutritional needs. Food service and dietary managers oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
