- Hi we are Walts Wander (Amy & Tom).
We bought our VW Caddy SWB around a year ago now. We used it throughout last summer, but we are now looking to do some more work to make it a little more comfortable for us and continue our van conversion.
In this video we will show you around the van as it is now, before we start work on the van build. We will then soon give you an update once we have completed the work, hopefully in time for the start of the warmer weather.
We hope you enjoy a first look in this van tour and we hope to bring you lots more content in the future.

Is it easy to sleep in a swb caddy? I’m only 5ft 6 and thinking of getting one and putting in the roll and roll bed to sleep in
I'm a little taller than that and I still fit fine. I do have to push the seats all the way forward, but that shouldn't be necessary I don't think for you. If you get a good quality mattress/cushion it will be very comfortable IMO. Hope that helps, cheers.
@@WaltsWander thanks for that. I was going to install rock and roll beds , so I can still use it for my main car
@@ants80 Yeah these are really popular and give you loads of room. We only chose the other bed setup for the storage it gives beneath. Both will work well.
