Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful song. One of my absolute favorite hymns.
I would love it if this dreamy-beautiful hymn made it into our new Latter-day Saint hymn book. Also harkens to another gorgeous hymn, “The Iron Rod.” 🙏🏽

Sounds like it was sung to the tune of I Vow To Thee.
the name of the hymn tune is Thaxted. It's derived from the Jupiter portion of Gustav Holst's The Planets. Holst was the one who wrote the hymn tune as well and there have been a number of different hymns that have used it.
