Same, my only complaint is the edge wear that Lok showed too, I wish they’d fix that issue, otherwise it’s like new. Mine is also about 8yo too.
@@ize1000009Mine doesn't have those metal loops on the sling so no wear there. The only wear really is on the leather piping in places but that just gives it character IMO.
@@HwL01I very rarely use a tripod in the field to be honest. On the few times that I've took one out, I have just used a sling on it.
Owner of 4 Billingham bags and the most used one for me is the smaller Hadley Digital. It forced me to reconsider what is a daily essential for every day carry while my larger bags are used for when I’m actually doing photo/video projects. Quick grab and go without looking like you’re going to work.
What I like about Billingham is that it doesn’t scream “hey, I’m a Camera bag, please steal me!”. So I have more of a peace of mind, while traveling. My Hadley pro is going for 8yo, and my only issue with it is the edge and strap scrubbing against each other, creating a hole. I wish Billingham would fix that one issue.
I only have the small digital camera bag, and I love it. I wish I had an excuse to buy one of their bigger ones, but I have too many other bags at the moment.

The 555 models allows you to add 4 cameras and over 7 lenses and 2/3 flashes as well as all the accessories and are the professional favourites bags for weddings events or for long distance travel and where first made in 1970s

Tried a 555 but loaded up it was far too heavy but have a 445 which is great but most of the time it was in the car boot but could be carried short distances. My 335 is ideal for me as it holds a lot but is not over heavy. The Hadley and Eventer bags do not suit as they are rather narrow for a DSLR with a grip fitted. My favourite though is my ageing 25 backpack. Holds lots and is great on the back.
Make sure to apply some nikwax or some other water repellent wax or coating if the water starts soaking in! Applies for rain coats and other water repellent equipment like tents
