0:35 Sprinting vs. injecting human growth hormone
0:51 How to boost HGH naturally with exercise
    1:24 Thanks for watching!
In this video, we’re going to talk about the best exercise for human growth hormone-sprinting! Sprinting is an explosive form of HIIT and has the potential to drastically increase human growth hormone.
Sprinting can be described as a short bout of full-speed running. Sprinting puts your body under maximum stress, but only for a short amount of time. Try sprinting for about 20 to 30 seconds at a time with 90 seconds of rest in between your sprints, working up to 8 sprints.
Sprinting can be twice as effective as injecting human growth hormone. If you also decrease your stress levels, increase your sleep quality, and do keto and intermittent fasting, you can really boost HGH naturally.
To best stimulate human growth hormone, you’ll want to do a short-duration, high-intensity workout with lots of rest. Growth hormone is stimulated by high-intensity exercise but decreases with the duration of exercise.
If you have any issues like knee problems that may inhibit your ability to sprint, you can do this same type of exercise on a bicycle or while swimming.

I just recently changed up my workout routine from steady cardio on the treadmill to switching to HIIT sprints on max incline on the treadmill, in which I always do in a fasted state as well. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference in my body. Been burning off body fat like crazy and my legs have been getting much more toned and feeling stronger (I also do an intense leg day at least 1-2x a week doing very heavy weights). The mental response I get after I finish my sprints feels amazing. My mind feels way more clear and alert and really helps with my anxiety and depression. But god damn it's even better now knowing what sprinting does in addition to HGH. So glad I started doing sprints in my workouts now lol

Trust me, biking you can do pretty well after a week of adjusting to the bike. I had a similar situation, I pulled my Achilles tendon and couldn't walk without severe pain for months. It then got better but every time I'd put too much stress on my foot which was occasionally when walking and always when running, the pain would shoot back. Then I started cycling everywhere. The pain would occurred because there was little to no pressure on my foot and it gradually made the tendon more flexible so I can now run fairly normally

You don't need to sprint 100m. You can do 10 yards. Warning though.. if you are over 35 or not used to running hard take it easy and work your way into this. Stretch well and do some light strength training. Trust me, I've been running my entire life and the only time I really struggled with small injuries was in my late 30s and beyond. Now I need to do things consistently like stretching often and and light strength training (body weight training at home)... skipping helps condition the feet, calves and tibia. Take care of yourself.

I would caution anyone to ease into sprinting slowly. I was all pumped up about sprinting a few years ago and went all out sprinting up hill repeats in my first session. I wound up injuring my Achilles Tendon. I was probably 52 or so at the time. Especially for the more mature, I encourage anyone to take a progressive approach to sprinting. Sprints on a bicycle may be a good starting place for the young at heart.

Dr. Berg, regarding bad knees and sprinting, I have found that doing hill sprints is much better for bad knees than flat plane sprints. Doing hill allows me to do them x2-3 a week vs once a week at best. Less impact and less overall bending of the leg. Thanks again Dr!

And 100 crunches, everyday progression followed by the 2 most healthy diets

Irfan Atic close , but no , saitama eat 3 meal a day i do fasting and plant base diet including mushrooms.
Also he didn't sprint or increase and mix the workout , standard push ups don't precise every muscles such as squats or crunches.
But yes, saitama secret is truth , if you do it exactly how he said, the key is intensity, persons that claim work that way , lie , none have do it constantly, they rest a short amount of time and jump to the next exercise, I'm stuck in the push ups, besides that all the others are exactly how he performs with positive variations for better body improvements.
I recoment you do it for a all week , even if your knees break ,do it,
You will progress theres absolutely no doubt about it.
