It IS true though that Charity is very “on” all the time. Like she does and says everything “perfectly”, like everything a “perfect” Bachelorette would do. We only get a few moments from her each episode that seem to genuinely show her personality, which sucks because she glows in those moments. She’s just stunning. I can 100% see why Brayden feels the way he does about that, even though he’s still immature about how he handles things.

This rose ceremony send off actually had me tearing up. I don’t think I’ve been that emotional to see a few guys go. Their emotions truly showed that they cared and were there for Charity.

Anyone else wonder how the hell Braden got beets? Braden either raided someone's garden or was handed beets by producers. And I'm inclined to think it was the later since I grow beets and they don't come out of the ground that clean.

I think Brayden was handed a lot of things by the producers. I don't think he's nearly as bad as he's been made out to be. They're dirty hands are all over this. They've got to have a villain.

@@lovem7635 If he wasn’t interesting the cameras wouldn’t have been constantly on him. He was the front runner and the producers egged him on because they need to have a villain. This aggravated the rest of the guys especially Aaron who acted like a bully. I can’t imagine being in that position. Next week production will find a way to make some one else a villain.
As a knitter - no, Xavier did not knit those sweaters.
Charity and Xavier’s date felt more like a therapy session/job interview than a date. With Dotun and Joey the connection feels more organic
I found myself beaming all through Charity and Xavier's date. I love them together.
I disagree. What they talked about is very important in a relationship, they are still getting to know each other and I thought it was great to see how vulnerable they were able to be together.

Seriously Aaron was so aggravating! Hopefully he gets better now that his fixation's gone.
He actually has been more annoying to me than Brayden. Brayden just talks too much, but Aaron's fixation on Brayden and his not being "optomistic" enough is beyond annoying. Brayden might've been more than an annoying kid, but I feel like he was always speaking his truth. Not what everyone wanted to hear. When he said "I might be the youngest ones in the room..." He made sense, on the wrong show, but sense. Am a lot older than all the men on the show. One of the biggest turn offs is men trying to project maturity, and in while doing so, they do the exact opposite. At least Brayden leans into his age/immaturity. He is not trying to be anything other than a 24yr old guy. I think that is why Dotun is refreshing. He isn't putting down others to seem mature, he just is.
@@leijen208Brayden had a constant target on his back... it was a toxic situation and had to be stressful. Hopefully he's learned not to share his thoughts so much in the future. That's really the only thing he did wrong.

I really got the vibes of the contestant who's kinda in the background for a while and then suddenly becomes a frontrunner from him. I was disappointed to see him leave. He seems like a smart and cool guy.

When does Paradise air?
I don’t miss him but I’ll be honest HE BETTER BE ON PARADISE. In past seasons they shot in June and aired in August. In the past it’s 4-5 weeks. Last year (worst one IMO) was 8 weeks and had (IMO) unnecessary cameos from Jared and Ashley. I personally don’t want that in 2023. I would like for it to be 4-5 weeks again. Typically BIP ends when football seasons begins. Last year it ended in late September (maybe even October), I hope that’s not going to be the case again.

It’s so interesting how different you & Sharleen Joynt’s takes are on the whole Brayden situation, I love to see the different opinions on it. Personally I agree more with her in that while he is immature and annoying, and sometimes needs to phrase things better or just learn when NOT to say something, he’s 100% right in many of the things he says regardless of his intentions. To me it’s much more authentic to say “i really like you, but I’m struggling with this process and unsure if I will be able to propose by the end of this journey”, rather than all the other guys going “yes without a doubt I am ready to marry you!!!!”. Apparently many of the contestants at one point or another feel like leaving, this isn’t exclusive to him. He went about it in the wrong way. But I just don’t see him as some crazy villain, and like I said before he’s actually RIGHT in most of the shit that he says regarding the process. He never acted like a victim and just said what he felt the whole time. Idk. I’d like it to be more of the norm on the Bachelor that people don’t have to have the “perfect” answers, instead giving their real and honest opinions.
He did express similar feelings as the other contestants. Yet he was "reported on". He took a wrong turn when he made it "The Brayden" show.
I have to wonder how much he got paid for his extra screen time.
I think you nailed it! I don't think he expressed Brayden the right way, but his feelings about the situation made sense. It seemed like the men hated him for vocalizing their own doubts & fears. He was the guy pointing out, "The king has no clothes," so to speak. I think we'll start to see these same men start to express their own doubts now that he's left & they're not unified in their hatred of the guy speaking up.
Those girl scouts or whatever were savage. I loved them.
Honestly, I think Aaron is the most disingenuous & toxic person on this show. The bravado, the false confidence, the yelling, the threats of physical violence-- all while claiming he's being the mature, sensible man. Also, notice how he was yelling & talking over John in the name of "defending" him, even after John told him that he had it handled & to stop. He lacks basic self control. I think Aaron has some growth to do to realize that a) people don't need/want him as their protector, and b) the world doesn't revolve around him.
Aaron B. repeating the word "toxic" every five minutes, yet he showed some toxic masculinity with the whole "you're not a man", "you're a worm" comments to Brayden. To me THAT is a red flag🚩!
My conclusion is Brayden is one of those people with absolutely no filter. Like yeah I get having some confusion with how strong your connection is compared to someone who says they have a strong connection while having had no time. But I wouldn’t say that out loud.

I kept hoping, saying “No one goes home. Everyone gets another week because of the drama.” I was Shocked when they actually had the rose ceremony!
The producers really sent Brayden in to give his ‘Men-tell-all’ speech early just so they could get a nice man fight to fill the drama quota. You gotta admire their commitment.

Am I the only one who thinks that Aaron is a big red flag? The way he feels so “protective of Charity’s feelings” feels off to me. It’s almost like he doesn’t trust Charity to be ok by herself. And the way he went after Brayden and the conversation when he was heading out?? My kings Joey and Dotun remained chiiiill. I was so mad that Charity let Aaron stay. He was the other half of the coin of the Brayden drama.

I wish John B got more of a storyline. He was so impressive with how he handled drama ,and lack of time ,but without enough connection with the lead they just don't get screen time still think he should be a contender for bachelor based on what we saw but, I'm not optimistic.
