- Miraculous ladybug (tales of ladybug and cat noir) is certainly....... a show that is relatively popular. I decided to finally look a bit more closely at it, and see how we might be able to improve some of the writing tales of ladybug and cat noir
This video took a bit longer than my others because I had to research a lot more for this video by actually catching up on Season 4 and 5 and just reading a lot more of the wiki
If I rewrote it I would actually have Chloe be an anti-hero instead of completely resetting her character where she is still a bully but she at-least owns up to her mistakes
I really like that approach on her character, Chloe is without a doubt the most wasted character, and I feel like something was changed halfway through the planning for the season 3 finale and suddenly we erased her character
Agree. Having her as an anti-hero is a great idea. We don’t need a random new character to replace her. Also have Marinette and Adrien face consequences when they do something wrong
Another idea I have is have Adrien reveal to her that he is Cat Noir because he desperately needs someone to cover for him when he has to save the day plus it could be interesting
Chloe deserves to be part of a better show.
You know I always always questioned why did Gabe never give someone a healing power to revive his wife

@@clouddemon well then there wouldn't be a show that is the number one and only reason since we have never once herd fu the book or even the kawammis say "you can not use the miraculous to heal/revive people... oh wait we HAVE seen the ladybug revive people
His character has to be told what he can't think of himself, he thinks simple, Evolution told us that
In short: use the early concept. Seriously, everyone was 100 light years away better than what we have right now
Honestly, yeah, I kinda think the show would be much more charming if they used some of the early stuff lol
True,for example Marinette had black hair and grey eyes,so gorgeous! The Yoyo included gadgets such as bombs,a stick,a rope,end else. Cat Noir had additional powers "Black Hole" and "Black Storm".
There was the "Quantic Kids",some people that were supposed to be in Ladybug's team.
If I would rewrite the Miraculous show using my own style of it being a bit more Resident Evil esque. Blue hair ladybug person can still create things, but it’s more like Carnage creating things. She can create tools or abstract objects, but she can’t create exactly she wants to make yet. She can’t create things like a gun with gunpowder, she also can’t create metal objects or objects that aren’t made out of the Carnage like substance. Objects with bio-luminescence, metal detecting I guess, and anything that could potentially be done biologically she can incorporate into herself and any tools she makes. The limit to how much she can create is based on how much she has eaten. She still has her “quami” but it isn’t the concept of creation incarnated. That’s some information on how her powers would work.
Her character is another story, I would make her more gain confidence over time, and also learn to be not as stalkerish.
Cat noir would still have the destruction ability, but it would use a substance that can break down matter, like acid or nanobots.
Dude this sounds super cool I would totally watch that. It's so fun to listen to so many people thinking about how they would write the show! Looking at creative stuff like this is honestly awesome
I wish that the show let some order of the guardians came to Paris knowing about ladybug and cat noir actually train them how to be better heroes.
Yeah, so do I. Like, maybe it occurs to them " perhaps giving 15 year olds the power of god to protect a city might cause some problem"

Remember in Origins Master Fu said he got it wrong once? Episode 1 of season 5, Evolution explains why Master Fu gave the Miraculous' to them, and the reason why BunniX told her younger self she will get the Miraculous when she's as cool as her;

I actually have seen Evolution, and personally, I really don't like it, or the explanation it gives. I find it very contradicting, and somewhat confusing, ( I need to rewatch the episode a few times to understand and even now I'm still not sure I get it). Although, I should have acknowledge that a bit more in the show. Thanks for bringing this to my attention!
I didn't even know that was a thing, that kwamis are created by concept or whatever
Neither did I, actually, in my original draft for this video, that was actually my idea. To base the kwamis off an singular idea when it came into concept, but after checking the wiki, I literally had to rewrite my script haha bc the show uses that itself. I don't think they made a reference in the show either, which is weird, but thats what the wiki told me
Honestly the show was best in season 2 and 3 then it went down hill after the season 3 finale
Idk man Miraculous Ladybug is kinda like a fever dream for me, I don't know when it stopped being good but I do know that I'm here now watching Marinette sniff Adrien's pillow and slowly dying on the inside

Something im doing in my rewrite is that im "nerfing" the butterfly miraculous, making the the ladybug miraculous make more sense and buffing the other miraculouses
for example: the fox miraculous isluises dont dissapear with touch and has a "flashback" power that if you are in a place you can create a flashback to a noment that happened in the same place so when gabriel gave lila the power to create iluisnes there was a chaek, because he cant copy another kwami's power. the chek was that her iluisens dissapear with touch so when he gets the miracalouses in season 5 there it will have more value. other reason why it storeger to akumited someone with a miraculous
That's kinda interesting, I wonder how the other miraculous would act with that in mind
Miraculous has so much potential with its lore and characters but it's wasted by its creator. I swear Astuc has no idea what he's doing at all he just wants to maintain the status quo and keep the love triangle going. I think instead of Marinette Adrian should be the main character as he's way more interesting. I mean his dad's the main villain he has more character potential.

I don't remember that but your probably right, I got a lot of the info for the lore through the wiki and my basic knowledge so something might have slipped through the cracks
