Check once again. They would have asked you to upload cancelled cheque copy. Not the signed cheque. For bank account details additions you may have to upload on few scenarios like online verification didn't went through properly or you don't have net banking access. On these kind of situations you may have to upload cancelled cheque copy

Try using the same way which I have explained in the video. If it is not happening then do one thing. There will be a support or chat option will be there to contact the customer support. They will enable the online option in the application
