Mercer and Rick become the new leaders of the CRM, and the Commonwealth Army become a new military branch for the CRM
This is something I pictured happening. Ezekiel has cancer, so I think Ezekiel would want Rick to take over his position eventually

I really hope Daryl Dixon sets up a bigger story in the TWD universe. Now with Rick home and the CRM defeated where is the direction of the TWD universe going? I think the CRM are completely done. Only way I could see them being involved if it's to help fight what's going on in France and I seriously doubt that will happen

I would love to see Rick back in action in some sort of way, but I don't know if AMC is going to do that.
I think Rick knows Beals data and models were accurate, he will just respond to it in a different way. Where as Beals solution was to reduce the number of people dependent on limited resources, Rick will double down on efforts to increase resources and try and make it work.
Carol tells Daryl what really happened it will shock people.

With the fact that the CRM is gone, they could either focus on the ''Beale loyalists'' and his spies, or just make that woman from France the main villian, if not this, Rick and Michonne will make small cameos in other shows.
Woman from France gets taken over by codron.. there was a poster of codron sitting on a chair that she normally sits. I think the skinny blonde woman from dead city will be the main villain

I have wonder where Rick and Michonne went at the end of the ones who live like that last scene but I've just never mentioned anything till now until you said something cuz I never thought it was that convenient. Well sorry I didn't use the word don't mean to use the word convenient I just didn't think it was that. Important but honestly since you mentioned it now I feel like the field was actually the exact field that Rick got taken off by Jadis.
Whatever it will be, just please be longer than 6 episodes, wanting to do one complete story per season and limiting it to 6 episodes is just outright idiotic.

I would hope that Rick and Michonne go to Alexandria only to find Aaron and Gabriel telling them about the commonwealth and that’s when they go to the field which is just on the outskirts of the commonwealth. Maybe they film it to where Aaron and Gabriel go with them in the helicopter that way everyone that in the Virginia communities that left to be in the commonwealth can reunite with the leaders they lead them most of the way: Rick & Michonne
He has to be to keep nee York in check and away from people he now cares about I'd love to see Rick bump into him and michone stopping Rick from killing negan because of negans sacrifices thru the whisperer war and saving Judith in the winter storm

Honestly.....The way they had us going about General Beale, he was a pussy cat. I mean he wasn't what I would call a villain, lol Garret and Marty were more of a threat than what they showed us of General Beale. I didn't even hate Beale, like all we did was hear about Beale and never saw Beale in action.
I hope Mason Beale is a threat, but somehow I don't think so. That kid wasn't a bad kid at all.
They should have continued on how the CRM was experimenting on walkers and people.....that would have been a way better story.

I don’t know Rick, becoming a general somebody wants made an analyzation that if he became leader of the saviors or had as many people like Negan did then there be a lot more deaths because of Rick ego sure Rick isn’t effective leader, but I’m not sure he’d be willing to make the Hard calls cause he’s a moralistic man who fights for the need of protection for his family. I better find a way to provide food for all different kinds of populations. Also minimize the population and find a way to bring civilization back and lot infrastructures back.

I believe Beale was spitting facts but he was playing it safe. His character was strong but intellectually and emotionally lazy. That’s where the hardest work is.

TOWL doesn’t have a 2nd seaon because it was 6 episodes, in lieu of 3 movies, about Michonne finding Rick, Rick and Michonne reuniting, and them getting back to their family.
Side mission: finding out about the secret faction of the military’s planned coupe, exposing it, and going home..

Episode 5 and 6 were really bad and keep me from rewatching this show like ever.
Definitely expected more after all these build ups, years, and hype. Totally wasted Terry O Quinn, and lot of it felt bout as good at TWD season 7 when Rick was Negans whipping boy 😂 This series was like fan fiction cobbled together in a week, not half a decade
What if ever they never found the paper that jaydas wrote? What if bill is not dead. what if thorn is not dead? What if Janus isn't dead?
What if they reunited in a dream sequence because they are dead???
