The process is completely automated. You need to set it up for one time only.
Make sure you have Microsoft OneDrive installed on your computer, and always save the file to the OneDrive folder. It creates the bridge between your computer and Google Sheets.

Thanks for this video. I am concerned with giving all those permissions to the app and logging with credentials within the app potentially giving it access to everything. Its a great tool but seems risky.

Hi Valeria,
If you need to sync more than 10K rows at once, you need to get their Squad or Business plan, which will let you sync 50K and 100K, respectively.
I didn't try any other method yet, will create another video with different features soon.

You can use Dropbox as the source destination.
1. Select Dropbox as a source.
2. Select the XLSX file from the Dropbox folder.
Can it bring and sync the formulas and formatting also from the excel sheet saved in one drive.
To be honest, I didn't try synchronizing the formulas and formatting.
If it doesn't you can create the same formulas & formatings in the Google Sheets as well.
there are no extensions choice when i open a new spreadsheet in onedrive...

When the file is on Google Drive then you can open it on Google Sheets, you do not need any synchronizations. I am not sure if you want this.

I followed the tuts to the destination point and i couldn't select multiples sheets though i could select multiple sheets for the source and it ended up merging all the sheets in the destination file
Hi, when you select multiple sheets it merge all the data and show it in one sheet. If you need the sheets on multiple sheets then you have to create the synchronization on different sheets on the Google Sheets. Hope it works for you.

when you close the excel and open it again, for every update after that you'll have to save and close and then click run to update the information in google sheets
Hi there, very good video! Maybe you could help and explain how is it possible to execute the following task.
There is one Google Sheet, where is placed all the information about each artikul (Position) in the warehouse and its quantity.
There is an Excel file which is on my computer, I always make a copy from the original one and insere some Data, and this Excel file counts how many pieces of exact product I need to use.
E.g. Artikul: Pen - 10 pcs.
I would like to upload this Excel file in Google Drive and somehow the Google Sheet should take this data from this Excel file placed in Google Drive and insert this quantity in the certain cell in Google Sheet.
How do you think it is possible to do it?
We need this to always see the current quantity on the warehouse and so all material expances that leave our warehouse. And so it will help the correct planing of the next orders.

You can use OneDrive to access the Excel files on the phone.

Nice but there is no free basic version and it's to pricey for me when I need it for 3 files a year
