    I fully agree with all the points raised. With regular pre-emptive maintenance Supercharged L322 is very reliable. I have taken mine to all type of terrains and wilderness. No other model can beat the experience.

      Same. I've had a wonderful, issue-free ownership experience.

  • @darwinbrandis

    I've got one and it's been the most reliable car i've ever had. One starter replacement, but that's been literally the only issue. Currently at around 106,000 miles. This motor option is a true diamond in the rough.

    They aren’t as bad as people say they are!! I’ve owned 3 of them and I’m on the third and they have all been more reliable than any of the GMs, Ford, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep I’ve driven. And that’s about as much rust you’ll ever see on them! Constructed out of aluminum alloy! Won’t disintegrate in the driveway, like our American brands!

    The Range Rover Classic is my favorite Range Rover but from a usability perspective the L322 in this iteration is the best Range Rover. Perfect blend of modern and heritage

    I don’t even know if this is an obtainable option but 09 SC Giverny Green with the green interior would be my perfect pick. Thank you for allowing me to live vicariously through you while also reaffirming that I need to shop for a GX.

      @AddictedMotors  Před 2 lety +1

      You know, I don’t know if they did a 4.2 SC in 09? Might have been early 5.0s..

    • @Online_ToughGuy
      @Online_ToughGuy Před 2 lety +1

      @@AddictedMotors I know the RRS definitely came with the 4.2 in 09, but you might be right about the FF only being 4.4. Either way, latest year available pre-timing issue era with Giverny color scheme would be my pick of the litter. Can I ask where you are located…I would say the blue ridge area if I had to guess? Reason I ask is some of the vehicles prices you mention are so much cheaper than my local market (right outside of Tampa)

    I own a 2007 Range Rover Hse. Piece of important information for all owners of Range Rovers. YOU HAVE TO RUN PREMIUM GAS OR IT WILL SET OFF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT !! My truck only goes to the Dealership for repairs and maintenance. When you put regular unleaded in ,it messes with your O2 Sensors.

      @@AddictedMotors Also if you ever have problems with your battery draining. I have a very good relationship with my Land Rover Dealership. The phantom battery drain is caused by a dirty ground. The ground point is located behind the inter fender on the frame in front of passenger tire. I know alot of people have fought this issue.

    So, WOW, I really want this car! I have been looking for this car color combo FOREVER. They don't normally come in black with Ivory interior. Literally if you want to make money I will buy this off you for more money than you paid for it not much but definitely more than you paid for it. I am seriously jealous. Uggh I can not find this model color combo anywhere.

    Can you give an update on this RR?
    I have had my 07 RR HSE 4.4 for about two years and I’m on the verge of selling it. Nothing major so far. One of the air ride struts went out but I replaced it in the garage. I just seem to have a series of small issues. Sagging headliner, p0171 lean code (already swapped MAF, PCV, EGR so it’s probably the 02), alps issues with things like exhaust leak and squeaky belt or pulley. I love not having a car payment but I also think I might miss it if I do sell.

    im curious to hear more on this one as i have the same exact truck! my transmission has the slippage and 3 to4 slip and terrain response is offline. i had the fluid filter serviced but they didnt get the level right. a week later i had a import engine and rover guy say he wanted to try doing valve body and tcm for $4,300 and then inevitably i brought it to land rover who said they dont do repairs and just suggested replace the transmission with a rebuilt for $8,000. when i bought it a month ago it ran great and only slipped maybe twice from connecticut to vermont. im not sure what direction to go.... Help!! please!! lol

    You did very well! I looked at a few that needed suspension work and some sellers thought they were worth 10k because of rose in popularity. That’s a helluva deal.

  • @cezar88is
    @cezar88is Před 2 lety +3

    If someone ask me which version of L322 is the best . I would definitely go with 4.2 supercharged version and 2006 model . Aj33sc engine from 2006 and only 2006 is even more simple because it doesn't have variable intake cams . Not saying that something is wrong with 2007 4.2 SC. These cars are amazing , unfortunately L322 gets rusty especially rear fenders and floor underneath from passenger and driver side . Overall car is massive , build like a tank

    • @AddictedMotors
      @AddictedMotors  Před 2 lety +1
