Comment down below and tell me what time you usually wake up on you days off 🛌 😴
I usually sleep in until 9 😂
I wake up like 1pm or sometimes at 11
I sleep until 9 too 😂
7! Usually wake up 330 for work, i work in Aerospace ☺️
Depends on what day i have off, but probably around 11:30am-12:30pm. 😅 Thank you for uploading, Miki! I appreciate your effort into making content for us! ✨️
I usually get breakouts on my face especially near my scalp like the forehead because of dandruff, and sometimes chin aswell because i think it is where my baby hairs end up touching, so when i started using selsun blue it works on me so well as i never have any breakouts like before.
Miki you seem to be in a really good place rn! I’m happy for you! I’m in nursing school and everyone makes nursing seem awful , but your videos encourage me. Thanks 💗
Omg yes, i have 2 years left of nursing school and some of the video content I see on nursing is so depressing :( It's so refreshing to see a happier view on nursing and that there are many options :)
Same here😢
Hey Miki, fellow nurse here! I’ve battled with mask acne until my dermatologist recommended panoxyl acne wash. I used the 10% and have not had any pimples since I started using. Granted I’ve also been using clindamycin face lotion as well.
I love nurses, doctors so if you are a nurse or any doctor ❤️❤️❤️❤️BLESS.YOU❤️❤️❤️❤️
@@cahanaxundova4317 thank you ❤️
Ratio is killing us nurses. A lot of nurses left the bedside because of this problem. Im still doing bedside because I like the schedule of only working 3 to 4 times a week.
I work in an inpatient setting on a palliative care ward and I’m so ready for a change. This has reminded me it’s okay to make a change to keep my work / life balance working for me!
Tired of the OFITG patients?
@@AstroZombie1 more tired of the ward setting and sporadic shift work to be honest!
This is such a well put together day in the life of a nurse Vlog - very engaging & real 💕💕
Thank you for the dandruff recommendations!! Love your video. I’m currently transitioning out of the bedside and I’m super excited.
aww this was such a good video!! super glad to see creators like you
Hey Miki...... I'm a nursing student.....And sometimes I gonna be very depressed..then i watching your video....and your lifestyle also motivate me to improve my acceptance and confidence.........😍💌 .....Love from India..
honestly!! i’m such a homebody toooo watching kdramas and shows takes all my stress away 🥹💓 nursing student here!! 🙌🏼
I totally relate to your comments about how we use critical thinking in nursing, always! ☺️
I use retinol at night especially in the mask area and use a really light moisturizer for work. Don’t forget spf if you’re going to use retinol though and if your retinol is too strong it can cause breakouts as well. So far this helps my acne go away quicker but otherwise I’m still stuck on the same boat girl 😷🙅🏻♀️
I am a high school student who is interested in becoming a nurse. I could relate to the fact that you set several alarms when you wake up early in the morning. I always set several alarms. It's really cool to see you work hard and it's cool to be a nurse. That's what I want to learn from you.😮
you inspire me so much! your content always uplifts my mood.
Whenever I see this, the excitement of being a surgeon gushes through my body...
Can't wait to get into medical school
One more year 😩
how are you doing?
Romans 3:23 (ESV) says: “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” and Romans 6:23 (ESV) says: “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” The good news is that Jesus Christ, the son of God, who is one with God, came to the earth from His place in heaven and was crucified on a cross for the atonement of our sins. He lived a sinless life, and rose from the dead on the third day after His death! 🙌✨He took our place and payed our debt. John 3:16 says: “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Romans 10:9 (ESV) says: “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” If you place your faith in Jesus, He will forgive you of your sins and you will be saved from hell and you will be given eternal life. Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. The Bible is Gods word to us. Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John in the Bible are the gospels of Jesus and His teachings on how to follow Him. Jesus is coming soon. Repent of your sins and follow Jesus. God bless you! 💕
I'm glad to hear that you developed an interest in nursing through my videos, despite living in Korea and not knowing much about nurses in the United States. I appreciate your kind words and I'm thankful that my videos have been helpful to you. Keep up the good work!
Some helpful stuff for pimples: don’t pop bc the bacteria will spread, use hydrocolloid pimple patches to draw the fluid out. Use distilled drinking water for your last rinse! There’s still lingering stuff on our faucets, too.0.0
Amazing content thank you Miki, so glade for Kevin to meet with his mates!!!! You are a awesome couple 🌹
Omg June 22nd is my birthday can't wait to see what it is!! I love seeing your videos, I am starting nursing school next semester! I could've started this semester but I am going to knock out some co requisites first!
I am social work major, but it is very interesting to learn about nurses' lives
The new sofa looks awesome Miki! 👌 need to get me one I think 😁😁 as a fellow 5am starter I relate so much to this 😁😁😅
It looks so fun working at the job you do
FUTURE US-RN HERE!!! MANIFESTING THAT MY GOALS WILL BRING ME TO SUCCESS!!! WATCHING FROM THE PHILIPPINES 🇵🇭 NURSE MIKI!!

@@Joseph-zd7kg noted 😂 that's actually a filter, it's not real 😭
This hair color is so pretty on you! 💕
I feel happy when I get a notification that you have uploaded a new video 🥰😘😍. Thank you very much for uploading the video. Your videos fill me with so much positive energy 🍓♥️🥰😍♥️🍓🥰
Oh hello I’m one of ur subscribers
Growing up I never used to get acne on my chin but once I hit my early 20s I started getting hormonal cystic acne there. After being prescribed Spironolactone to help regulate my hormones, it cleared it all up.
I love your vids most entertaining rn day in the life 🙌🏼
Love the sofa now that it's all set up!
Love the vibe you give in these vids, Miki. Love from Malaysia!
Hi Miki! I've also had an off again, on again battle with dandruff. I never struggled with it until I bleached and dyed my hair for the first time! and actually linked it to the products and chemicals used to bleach my hair. I would definitely recommend looking into it to see if you're allergic or react differently to that. Nizoral was my bestfriend too!
Hi Miki I love watching your videos as a fellow nurse it's nice to see nursing videos! Quick question--what type of outpatient job do you have in Seattle? I feel your job would be less stressful then my current situation of outpatient. Thanks!
I'm working on my RN degree now and I can't wait to be a nurse.
Just got into nursing school ! So excited and your tik toks and videos have made me so happy for my future
I just got in also! How is it going for you? :)
Yes!! The 0.38 Pilot pen is top tier!!!!!
Can you talk more about working outpatient!? I want to make the jump but I don’t even know where to start and where to look. Can you make a video talking about what you do and what kind of skills you need for that?
Use Sandra Lee’s salicylic acid body spray for your chin!!!! Works so well for mask-ne
Brushing my teeth in between meals on shift has been a life saver for maskne!!
Been waiting for your shorts about the special announcement 😬😬
Great vlog as always 👍🏾👏🏾🤗
Tip for maskne: use a benzoyl peroxide wash at night after removing makeup
You are my New Favourite Nurse now, You look gorgeous as always, Thank you very much for sharing your Amazing Nursing Experience with me today Miki. 😃
These are my fav! Yay!!!! Make more of these
Nurse Miki, can you do a vlog that is all about how much you earn in a month and every year? What country or hospital would be the best for you to work in as a registered nurse? Pleaseee. #1 supporter here!
I love your videos, you are the reason I want to be an nurse
Hayy!! I love your videos. You are very positive.
Wow, an introvert nurse. I need to watch your vids now to relate.
The inkey list salicylic acid facial cleaner saved my acne from N95s 😭 I get wayy less pimples and if I do, they’re gone in 2-3 days! Best part is that it’s only $10!
I use the cerave baby shampoo on my face and collagen cream on my face before I go. I never wear makeup because I have sensitive skin.
Never knew i'm gonna need this since im planning to be nurse for a while in my country then if i get to other country ill take dentistry
omg your puppy sleeps in a little bed on the floor?! so cute!!
Really love your content Miki!! Being nurse is my dream job💓
in chinese medicine face mapping of acne and skin problems a lot of times they say the heavy chin acne comes from hormonal imbalances/reproductive. Can be diet on the chin too.
For the chin acne (and acne in general), I use pimple patches.
Tea tree oil for acne and drying out pimples! Side note: I love spirited away and I can't forget Ponyo, My husband and I named our cat ponyo
Try to drink mix tomato, carrot, and apple juice before sleep or in the first morning before breakfast, didn't believe it my self at first BUT!! it really worksss for acne
I can’t believe my favorite med yter is in Seattle! Bc I’m in Seattle rn!
I highly recommend FADED TOPICALS from Sephora! It helped me with my acne on my chin
I love watching your videos because someday I want to be a nurse or a doctor
😍aww, cutie with her new bed
🐶
The pilot .38 is the ONLY pen that I buy. It's a perfect, clean line.
O.M.GAWWWWWD. I LITERALLY SQUEALED WHEN I SAW THIS NOTIFICATION! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR POSTING THISSS EEEEEEE 🥰
btw thank you for suffering just for our entertainment 😂
i agree with going outpatient, has been way less stressful for me.
Whats your favorite body sunscreen? Or do you use the same one?
omg you are- PRETTY
❤
Nice video. If you're working within a sterile field environment, be careful with the lash extensions and hair popping out of the scrub hat as it pertains to infection control. Maybe pop some eye shields on and a bouffant cover over your scrub hat and over your ears and extra stray hair. My hospital in PNW makes eye shields. Plus AORN standards speak a little about infection control and what falls off into the sterile environment such as skin, hair, lashes, etc. that can cause infection. (I'm not sure if you're in the OR, but it looks like you were popping things onto a sterile field.) Maybe outpatient surgery. Are there any doggy cheesecakes out there? Your cute little doggy looked like he wanted a bite! Twelve-hour shifts are rough! I feel your pain! Thanks for your video! :)
Omg I love this video. So how is outpatient different than the hospital job ? What do you like more about it ?
I really motivate when I watch your video, I hope I can enjoy my study in nursing department
Love ur video now u show us a nice video as always love ur videos btw stay healthy and safe
My sister works 12 hour shifts (sometimes) and says, “my hospital is very busy. I’m always on my feet, so it makes the day go by faster”
I missed these videos!
Hello Miki, can i ask you a question: what do you usually do to prepare for going to a night shift at hospital?
❤Great video , stay well!❤
Would you ever go into a specific unit like labor/ delivery or medical surgery? Just curious
I just started my nursing degree, making my own "study with me videos". Hopefully graduate soon and become an RN very soon! 🙏🙏
Pls drop a skincare routine!!!
Loved the video! Also looking for advice:
I'm a guy and suffer from dandruff too :(
Like you it really is on and off (sometimes have and sometimes don't). Gonna try that glycolic acid you're talking about but idk whenever I use special shampoos (I've tried Nizoral too) it works for a few months then stops working after a while 😢 any more tips on managing it?
Thanks!
Fellow nursing student here: wanted to ask for tips and advises on how you prepared for ATI proctor exams (i will be taking it fairly soon and itll be my first time taking it). If you recall back when you were still in nursing school (which is probably long years ago) on any tips/advises on how you tackled it, let me know 😭 Thank you!
I miss this kind of blog of yours 🤍
great video yo!
Hi! What kind of outpatient setting do you do? :) I work as an OR nurse in a hospital, was thinking of looking at surgery centers because our call shifts are burning me out. 🙈
You are the one that inspired me to become a nurse when I’m older :)
Sameeeee😂😅😊
Seattle is nice because you get paid well and no income tax. Boy am I jealous because I'm in Oregon and our income tax is INSANE.
*How many bags do you carry?* I have a separate bag just for food and then my work bag.. I've been having some neck-lumbar-sacro/back pain that I'm diagnosed with and became a patient after my shift 2x/3x a week to a pt to relieve it.. also, an outpatient nurse.. ngl, eating and peeing is so difficult at work and I've been a nurse for 4 yrs - it doesn't get any better but it doesn't get any worse, only the pain..
I set alarms like that as well.. i set them with a 5 min intervals. For atleast an hour.
I just started my first hospital job as a unit secretary! Trying to get as much experience as I can while in nursing school :) any advice? Love your videos!!❤️
Hey girl! As a student nurse and patient care technician/unit secretary, my unsolicited advice is that you start saying yes to everything! Whether a coworker asks you for help/a favor or staff at a clinical site asks if you want to see/do something - SAY YES!!
Mikkkiiiii!!! Link for the glasses you used while driving. Pretty please??? 💕💕
You are so pretty!
This is my dream I love nurse so much 🥺💗
I have been using the ordinary's glycolic acid for my keratosis pilaris and it works good for me at least.
May I ask why figs scrubs when you have to wear the hospital ones when you're working? They do look gorg tho
if you don’t mind me asking, how do you manage working 12 hours + owning a pet. I feel so guilty when I’m gone for work because they need to eat/go potty. Do you use potty pads, a automatic feeder? please share
Hi Miki! I love your glasses frame! Where did you get it?
Very nice ❤ stay blessed
You are so beautiful and active 😊
You should try tula skincare it’s amazing
I’m a nurse in the NICU and have wear N95 masks still. I found not wearing foundation and just wearing eye makeup helped my skin and cleaning my chin/face through out my shift with micellar water also helped. Not sure if that’s an option for you. I figured no one can see my face anyway because it’s covered with a mask why waste the makeup
Who take cares of ur furr baby when u r at work❓lived the video❤️
Nice video thanks for share 😉 wish you and your family a nice day and stay wild best greetings from Korat Thailand. 👌🙏.❤️
Grease Lightning from Lush is so good for my acne.
Good day, would love to know where, your a nurse... here in upstate NY we just had a baby a few months ago, our fourth child. The experience has left us severely traumatized. Too much to explain on a comment section but the short of it is, a video I saw of you saying that the stuff in the delivery room is for us to take is false, at least in my recent experience at a hospital in greece ny. Our past children also, we were not allowed to take anything with us. Signs all over saying so. But the last baby I went in with thinking that we could take the stuff, diapers, formula, used receiving blanket, other random things bottle adapter, breast feeding cups, already opened, but upon our exit we were stopped by security asking us to please take the things back to the room or risk theft charges, they say because there is a lack of this stuff it needs to be reused for the next person...needless to say we returned it. We are not at all well off combined income is below 20k a year, if anybody could use these things it would be us... furthermore upon inspection of our insurance charges we where charged for all the stuff we didnt take...The experience from our first childs birth to our last is a 10 year gap, the difference in experience is a 180 first child was all happy times music cheering, the last -silence, no nurses to help, scolding for having another baby, I was held in a room because they feared i could become violent, i did not. Then after baby born never saw a doctor agsin, till her regular doc appointment weeks later.. she had an emergency c section.. again so much more happened, I say at least we got out alive....
