Thats some heavy duty metal to hold up a cushin. Almost looks like it can be converted into a jail bus just put a sticker so citizens dont see us shackled to the overhead bar

It cost 20 bucks for an entire month back in the 90s. It didn't scan, though; I had to buy an MTA sticker.
