Still my favorite set since Evolutions. vintage reprints will always be head and shoulders above the newer style alt arts to me, especially since Celebrations includes the Shining Magikarp, Birthday Pikachu, and Gold Star Umbreon. Not to mention, anniversary special sets always inevitably rocket upward in value once supply gets even remotely scarce. To me it's the best set to sit on, period.

I was fortunate enough to open 150 packs of Celebrations from 2021-2022 while it was still at msrp and I didn't pull a single gold Mew lol. I did get 1 Charizard, 1 Umbreon and 1 Shining Magikarp though so I can't complain.

I bought the celebrations upc recently. I pulled the golden mew, charizard, shining magicarp and many more awesome hits. Next to the metal charizard and pikachu and the 2 golden promo cards ofcourse. Got the box for 350 but i still made profit

I only opened 20 celebration packs in total. One time i had a box with 6 packs which i split with a friend and the upc with 17 packs
