POV: you watched this 5 years ago as a kid but now you’re an adult and are starting to play fallout again as you remember how much happiness it brought you in the past.
Me as a kid now just getting fallout 4 and watching this
@@yipwop5854 Lol have fun man
made me sad realizing the reality i am in right now
0layed fallout 4 when i was 11, now i am 18 and literally re-playing because i Remember spending countless hours on it, and got to every single point on the map
I'm watching it for the first time, I re-played Fallout 4 recently to be able to make 100% of his achievements, as last year when I finished his dlcs for the first time, it stayed missing some outstanding achievements for me.
I'm back bc of the series. Welcome back brethrens.
S-3 P-4 E-3 C-4 I-9 A-3 L-3. I'm doing quite well in my power armor . Lock-picking,hacking, weapons/armor/settlement designing. I even took vacation day off from work to play it, lol.
STR 6 for "Strong Back" and "Armorer" / PER 4 - for "Locksmith" / END 1 / CHA 1 / INT 10 for getting more exp points to rise faster in levels / AGI 1 / LCK 5 - for "Idiot Savant" to increase exp gain even more. With this starting attributes the character levels much faster during the game and you can spend more levelups into further SPECIAL Points or perks. You also are able to lockpick and hack things early in the game and most important to fast travel while overloaded. This is the way to max out absolutely everything because you gain levelups much faster with this build. Remember: If you want to max out -all- attributes and perks you need a level of about 275. So you save yourself many hours/days because the "over time" exp gain is clearly higher than in other builds. With this leap you can skill your character in any direction faster.
This right here. If you plan on playing the long game with a character maximizing int and getting idiot savant are the best in the long run. On survival this means you'll have a harder time though. As you'll need to sink in points into SPECIAL stats.. and your level also changes enemies levels. So you'll have a hard time.
Saving this
that is dumb if you want to cheat and use mods and start on Normal use those perks but if you are on a beginner don't do that. The correct order is STR 5, PER 6, END 3 CHA 1, INT 9, AGI 9, LCK 1 Charisma and Luck are garbage none of the skills in those sets will help you in the game. The ones you need to get started are Strong Back, Armorer, Local Leader, Scrapper, Gun Nut, Lockpick, Hacker, Better Criticals, and Blitz. The rest of the perks are garbage.
@@geomodelrailroadercan’t do luck 9 and agility 9
You don’t need that much strength if you have a companion and use the glitch to make them carry insane amount of weight
everybody knows the best perk is being able to fast travel while overloaded
Survival player- "pshh what's fast travel?"
This is a situation I was in
Yeah I love being able to take everything, be over encumbered, and fast traveling back to sanctuary to scrap it all. But I don’t think it’s the best perk, rifleman is very useful, and so is Armorer, Blacksmith, Gun nut and science because of all the mods that can make you op but Strong Back is definitely good.
@@ineswojciechowska2394 *whispers*
That’s the joke
@@sarahconnor2129 yep . I forgot you could fast travel
I'm very late to the party and just got the game for the first time. I was a little lost when trying to learn about perks/stats so this was extremely helpful and I really appreciated how you broke this down. Liked and subscribed!
This wasn't uhm... particularily useful, to be honest. I don't know, maybe it's because I already knew a little bit, but I wouldn't really call this a "starting guide". It's rather just a showcase of the new perk system.
+The Drunk Knight Captain Obvious-style guide. I wonder why is tube is full of such fallout guides.
+No Name Excuse me, but could you reiterate?
Gonna be honest, as someone who's never played Fallout before this was pretty informative. It's definitely aimed more at newbies than anyone else.
can someone help whit special my english is bad i know
I never played fallout a i gonna buy Fallout 4 please help me a special for noobs
In previous Fallout's you could get some hillarious conversations with INT 1.
+Claes Petersson That's what I wanted to happen, but it doesn't seem to be an option this time round. I was pumped for the stupid funny dialogue.
Jens Hauge Aww, too bad. You know what im talking about so you must have tried it on :D
Try sarcastic
+Mygaffer Most people don't like it. We all know Bethesda games are supposed to be about playing your character whoever you want, and the new wheel just doesn't allow for that. Sure, the voice-acting is alright, but when that cuts the ability to be whoever you want to be in the wasteland, it really drags the experience down - what with dialogue being critical in most - if not all - RPG's. Hopefully they patch in some more dialogue options (I know I'm grasping at straws here, but one can hope)

So glad you're interested in Fallout and doing videos on it. GTA & Fallout are my top notch favs. Love the work you do on the videos and you have such a likeable personality. Great job. See you in the next video.
Another good way to read the Perk Chart is to realize that each column of the chart is devoted to the SPECIAL skill at the top (i.e. the left-most column are all Perks that are based on your Strength skill). So, if you decide to invest your Perk points in a particular column, just follow it down towards the bottom to see what you can get if you continue to invest in that skill.
Yep I just realised that by watching this video...
I did not know that they are connected this way.
Intelligence --> nuclear physicist: most important thing if you want to use your power armor often.
+Mertensify You nailed it! Bethesda rewards those whom can think their way around the problems. I'm intrigued by the idiot savant perk in luck though. However, I would be shorting myself in creativity and ability by that design. It's simply my play style. My opponents are also more fierce because I level up so quickly. But then again, I've got a solution for that. ; ) This game is beautifully designed to challenge who you are!
+lavacero Thats the beauty of Fallout 4, you can play it in the way you want.
+Mertensify Meh, I have 50 fusion cores, and several cash only settlements.
+Nigel thornberry I've got close to hundred fusion cores.
+MrApplypie Ive only three, so far anyhow ;)
Fallout 4 Ultimate Character Creation Starting Guide - Choosing Best Perks & SPECIAL Stats!
Good info, thanks. After playing a lot it seems like Gun Nut is pretty much required regardless of how you play, as it seems like some situations you'll always need to have a ranged attack that's powerful and precise, meaning you'll want at least one gun that's as good as you can make. Yeah, you can mix and match parts from stuff you find but I found that to be pretty slow going compared to just getting Gun Nut and building my own upgrades. One build I have not tried yet is your high STR/END recommendation. That might be next.
just started my 5th character, must confess I have watched this video before starting all but 1 of my characters. Thanks for the help and scroll over all perks
Thats what i was looking for too its perfect lol
Str 3

Endur 4
Char 5
Intel 7
Agil 2 (or 1)
Luck 5
A non vats build. Good charisma, lots of exp and good health. Use the special book to up your per by 1 so u can get lockpicking.
*****
depends on playstyle. in my opinion vats slows down the game and if you've got good accuracy then you don't need vats at all
Thanks MrBossFTW I'm so hype imma buy the game tomorrow and you showed me just what i needed to do without spoiling the game! keep up the awesome vids! More tips!!
This was really helpful! Thank you! I'm going to be doing FO4 for my LetsPlay channel, and I have never played Fallout before, so this gave me a good foundation for the game! Also, you are really easy to listen to, and really entertaining, so you got yourself a new subscriber! ;)
As someone who liked creating original characters, I often just distribute stats based on the character traits. If you do a lot of side quests like i do, you tend to get enough points to expand nicely from there anyway :P
though i will admit. I tend to take the "role playing" in role playing games a bit too seriously, lol
I really like the Luck perks! This will be my first Fallout game, I think I'm gonna go for a Luck / Agility gun-focused build.
I'mma call him Makoto ^__^
My God NO !
I hope you don't start over-milking this game too.
but i do think it's a breath of fresh air that you're doing a new game
+cornflakes n milk ironic name lol. true though at least this guy is one of the few tolerable gta uploaders iirc. the others are all clones of each other. same annoying intro music, same what IS up, 2 minutes of begging for likes before and after the 30 seconds of info. the only thing different is they often have their own annoying speech patterns like saying guys every other word, im not going to name any names lol.
*****
true, gta v really spawned some of the worst. he has probably won many subs by default... just by being less annoying lol.
I will say, his lack of knowledge for someone who has been playing fallout 4 longer than most is a bit perplexing.
What is milking and salting idk what they mean
Javano Milking kind of means overuse of one thing.
In this case a game, posting non stop unimportant of good content.
When someone says you're salty, it kind of means they're saying that you're bitter or sour about something.
Thank you so much, this is going to help me a lot in the game
I have played fallout 3 several times but nowhere have I found how to use the pip boy and other things. This youtube was very helpful!
Thanks for explaining the perks system in Fallout 4.
This is a great game.. but sometimes it is easy to get confused of how the perks work...
Holly shit, I feel like such a dumbass, I'm level 15 and this whole time I was leveling up the base stats only I didn't even know there was a whole 5 floors under, I'm honestly thinking about making a new game, but I have to say thank you!
So, at this point your SPECIAL stats have an extra 14 points. That has opened up a lot of perks lower on the perk trees that most players don't have immediate access to. This would be a good time to study the perk chart and make a few decisions on what perks are of most value to YOU, not those who put out Best Build Videos. They start out at level 1 with 28 points in their special stats. You will be starting out at level 15 with 42 points in your special stats, and are already armed, armored, with some loot stashed away and caps in your pocket.
Intelligence is the most important and is also one you'll need in every build because it allows you to do and craft stuff you otherwise cannot. Perception is to me second, depending on what build your doing, if your build requires strength then strength would be second. I always have Intelligence and perception in the top three.
i went with perception agility and luck with a pretty stong start of charisma its been pretty interesting as far as diversity in gameplay
Thanks heaps it really helped!! Cheers
I like how this guy motivates people's characters
got the game but have a worck tomorrow it's still unboxed can't wait to get back home & play thx for this awesome video ross
I'm going SNEAKY SNIPER with a focus on stealth and stealth range buffs.
[] STR: 3 [] PER: 4 [] END: 5 [] CHA: 6 [] INT: 1 [] AGI: 7 [] LUCK: 2 []
[STR] Need three to unlock the rank 1-4 armor mods, but not essential. I'm using this to eventually travel into weird places.
[PER] Locksmith is key to sneaky and gaining good positions not to mention all the great stuff you can find.
[END] I love Aquaboy for the breathing underwater and using water as a sneaky approach. In this case, my next point goes here so I can also get Rad Resist.
[CHA] Local Leader is clutch for sharing resources.
[INT] It's tough because it'll take a long time to level up, but you can't have it all.
[AGI] Mr. Sandman is essential and Ninja is sweet with a silencer.
[LUCK] To make my life less annoying, I want Scrounger for the extra ammo.
Alternatives:
- You can go STR=1 if you don't care about exploring radiated places and jack up INT to level up faster.
- I feel very strongly about picking great locks, but you ignore those with PER=2 instead and still get the Rifleman upgrade.
- Local leader just makes life so much easier, but if you're great at resource management (or a masochist) you can go CHA=4 with a dog or CHA=3 with no dog, but it'll make conversations harder.
- Yes, Luck=1 is one more point to spend, but really the extra ammo is soooo nice. But a point's a point.
- Extra points saved by using one or more of the above alternatives can go toward either END=6 for the Rad Resist or dumped all into INT to level up faster. As always, never take a trait above 8 -- even INT.
That sushi ad omg lmao. "You're making me "
Thanks for the tips.
int and chr helpd me most when lvling on very hard
The most overpowered stat is Charisma.
I always put 7 in it from the start and keep a suit to heighten it even further for conversations.
If you wanna be an unstoppable V.A.T.S TANK luck is the way to go without a doubt, level the grim reapers sprint to max and always have full APs n kills, best perk in the game, don't over look luck people, luck is your best friend
Thx for reading the screen on this. I could not have read it without you.
Luck agility intelligence is what I went for, just untouchable if your running through the game lol
I tend to get 4 in Str and Int just to mod my armor and weapons. I hope the coming DLC will allow more flexibility- or the ability to truly play an evil character. I feel like my first play through was a bit tame cuz I had a very average grouping of SPECIAL stats
I first played fallout when i was 14. 14 years later im getting so much more out of it.
Roger that. I've played them all except FO 76. I'm not a team player. I pre-0rdered FO 4 so I was playing as soon as it became available to me. I've been playing FO 4 almost daily ever since, over 8 and a half years now. I'm not one who rushes to level up but even then, by the time I approach level 100 I'm usually doing so many one-shot kills it gets kinda boring. So I start a new character with different starting stats.
Thanks this helps a lot
3 strength 4 perception 3 endurance 7 charisma 6intelligence 4 agility 3 luck

Charisma is the goat that's y
I just got Fallout 4 gonna be my first Fallout too gonna start it today :)
2023! I’ve only ever played Survival, a dozen plus runs. My starting SPECIAL philosophy nowadays, is to start strong in combat, and build up the stats you neglect. My favorite melee build starts with 9 in both strength and agility, for the Rooted/Blitz combo. This leaves 5 to spend as you wish. VATS guns starts with 9 in perception, for penetrator, and concentrated fire after Concord PER Bobblehead. And VATS needs Action Points, so maybe go 8 for Speedy Reload, or spread more into Luck for crits.
Survival is deadly, but even so, having strong combat perks is the way to go, and work up the survivability later. I’ve started multiple times with only 1 endurance. It was always a smoother start starting strong in combat, than a balanced build. You can grow into those. Have fun!
Awesome and helpful
Robotics Expert and Local Leader will be my focus first so i sill probably put 6 in charisma and 8 in intelligence.
Go max charisma then even out points reason being is you can have your way in every conversation and gain extra early game xp and secrets
I bought this when it was new and it was going to be the first Fall Out game I tried. Fast-forward 7 years and I finally installed it onto my Xbox One today!! Here goes nothing!
What I do, I think of the perks I want early in the game... high lock pick, hacker, gun Smith, carry capacity... etc. I set my initial point in those directions. So, I set intelligence, strength, perception, and science high of the bat. Then, over the course of my first 30 or so level ups, I put more into the others as needed.
I deleted my old save data and started fresh.
I was an equal S.P.E.C.I.A.L. guy but now that i know how this game works i maxed out Charisma and Intellegence and gave the rest to Endurance. So far i get low bartering prices and Major Exp income
I tend to put 7 in Agility and scatter the rest as I desire at the time of choosing.
Tbh I thought you couldn’t edit your special attributes so yeah I was like oh god what would I pick I need some snacks to help me
My strategy was to sink 9 into intelligence for the nuclear physicist perk. That way I could have a good stash of fusion cores from the very beginning. I put about 4 into luck to get idiot savant & scavenger and about 6 into charisma so I could pass dialogue checks. If you even get a clean suit your sorted for charisma. Then I put a few into perception to get lockpicking (to cash in on that XP) and 4 into strength so I could craft armour etc. Then whatever is left into endurance and agility (think 2 and 1 respectively).
Craig Macleod Aa
How do you put 26 point at the start of the game?
@@carlosrivera1184 Each stat starts out with 1 point. I suspect the numbers he quoted were the levels he had upon finishing adding in his 21 points. He didn't give a number for perception, which I suspect was 3.
i added up the special stats and with all added up u get a balanced build of 5 per special like how u start in fallout 3 and NV
they just made it so u have to find the points with the bobble heads and gave you the ability to add afew lvls to the special u want to improve which i find to be very useful as we play the game (cant w8 till i get the game to test out everything iv been watching and studying)
Actually, a balanced build would be 4 per special. You get 28 points total. The mandatory 1 point is already in place. You have 21 more to put where you want. There are 20 Bobble Heads of which 7 apply to the special stats. You get one more free point with the SPECIAL book.
What about putting all of your specials to 4 to promote "growth"? My only thing is, for characters who use fire arms, might want to pick the Basher Perk. Like me, I don't want to have to switch to a melee weapon when an enemy gets too close so the Basher Perk I like, along with the Riflemen Perk, it works for some good synergy to do high damage either way and high chance to cripple. Any build can bash while using fire arms so why not make it stronger and the last perk gives your bashes a chance to crit. It's just that the Basher Perk requires you to have a Strength of 8 and the 2nd rank of the perk unlocks at level 5, which made me think that I should get it right away. It's weird to me that not wanting to use melee weapons, the Basher Perk helps, but a Strength of 8 gives you a boost to melee damage but it also allows you to carry a lot of stuff too.
My favorite playstyle is Perception/Agility/Luck. Revolvers and crits for days
I always go for 10 charisma & 10 Endurance & then put rest in wotever I feel like, I always do charisma & endurance coz u want a lot of health can run a lot & can talk ur way thru anything
Thats dumb, dont do 10 anything to start, no more than 9, use the bobblehead to get you to 10.
I made my intelligence a 9, not knowing they got rid of skill points.
I am level 50 now and there are so many perks I want to get but only one perk point 5 perks that probably extend for 4 levels, I'm probably going to now just decide to upgrade all my specials, but luckily dogmeat is the king of glitches
I haven't got the game yet but I am planning to do A LOT OF CRAFTING like I spent 5 hour maxing my smithing in skyrim right off the back and well do you think luck would help?
S1 P6 E1 C10 A4 L5 Start with idiot savant for maximum xp gain, int is not an important attribute, you can buy the best gun mods by buying or finding guns with the mods you want then take from the gun and put it on the legendary gun you wanna use. Every terminal i have found has an alternative way to open it, and most you can even use lockpicking on the door aswell.
you guys know bout the item duplication?... it's all about duplicating the "you're special" booklet with the dog and you'll get all specials ranked 10 stars... it really worked, my character spends only on perks every time it levels up.
Has enyone else been luck to find easy T-51b? i have, i was level 19 and at the national guard post biulding, and the power armor in the container, (instead of T-45) i got a full set of T-51b (not T-51a it was all modle B)
You get a spending point each time you level up, so effectively do get the ability to max everything out because there is no level cap?
I LOVE YOU ALL
MrBossFTW you don't have to level up for your s.p.e.i.c.a.l

I'm just 2 years late to the game but thanks for the tips homie lol.

Wish I saw this when I started. Best video that explains this chart. I'm trying to establish supply lines and the charisma first line is nearly maxed out but I cant get the local leader lvl 2..what's up help
i always put 3 points into each of the special so i have 4 points to start off with in each one and try to max them all out on each play through i do
Strength 4
Perception 3 ( you get the bobblehead early, making this 4)
Endurance 4
Charisma 6
Intelligence 6
Agility 3
Luck 2 ( 3 from special book )
I really did 3 that were higher levels being... strength agility and intelligence... the lowest being luck and I think I set it at 1 or 2 the rest being leveled out
When I started survival mode I started with 10 endurance for maximum hit points.
thanks it helped so muck

great, 50 videos a day of this game now.. also how the hell can you make a guide on the best skills to pick? surely it depends on how you want to play?
+Evan Keith well, a lot of them are extremely useful such as V.A.N.S while others are not as essential.
+TheGamingKingdom I know man but I still feel like the video is redundant as each person will play the game their way, as it's meant to be played like that
Evan Keith Yeah, you definitely have a good point. He probably just made it because of all the hype.
+Evan Keith Did you not watch the video? The whole point was him explaining which perk trees are best for which play styles, not best period

I went for endurance and agility focus with intelligence second then others are balanced
Luck is actually the best special stat since it makes everything a bit easier.

I went charisma and intelligence and it working really well for me also hacking and lockpicking help me a ton think I'm going to start another character with stealth sniper pickpocket and melee let you guys know if the character comes out really good also on my first character I went with settlement building as well and it's awesome still don't know who I'm going to join now looking more towards the Brotherhood of Steel
I tend to get too immersive to pick BOS as they are as evil as the Institute. The only thing they have going for them is the vertibirds. I'm not a Power Armor type. It's hard to sneak while stomping around in Power Armor.
Thanks for the video. I just downloaded Fallout 4 last night and I'm going to dive in after work. This is my first Fallout game EVER and also my first RPG game ever so I'm a little worried about messing up! Since I'm totally clueless about the game, will it be obvious if I give too few points in certain categories? How will I know? Based on this video, I like the idea of going with Strength and Endurance as the higher categories. But let's say I give very few points to Luck. How will that play out in the game?
endurance is essential, as it gives rad resistance
especially with aquaboy/girl
Watch Fallout 4 videos and read the comments. Explore and pick up everything, when your loot weight approaches your max carry weight, fast travel your loot back to your base. Enemies will tend to spawn in the same place every time. (There are some random spawn points.) It will not take all that long before you can walk across the map without getting into a fight. After a while you will know what loot is high value and what is low value according to your needs. For instance, if you do any weapon and/or armor crafting/upgrading, you will need lots of adhesive, while not rare, is found in small quantities.
when i saw this video i reilased i want to play out the whole game so i can play it over again
Or you can stop at any point along the way and start a new character to try playing a different way. Then, when you want you can go back to any previous character. There is no upper limit on how high you can level up any character.

I think getting hacking and locksmithing are crucial along with idiot savant to lvl up quickly to get the lvl and perk points u need to really build the character u want. Charisma around 7-8 is good for dialogues and more caps. Sneaking would be best for beginning also because u get crappy weapons in beginning.

My first character was Per/Agl/Luck, but I wasn't having as much fun with a sniper build as I thought I would.
So I started over with a Barbarian build 9 Strength, 9 Endurance, 5 (?) Luck. Heavy points into the idiot savont, endruance tree, and melee weapons perks. That coupled with a Super Sledge and a little power armor for boss runs. Makes me golden. ^.^
hey mrboss are you played other games on fallout franchise cause i would wanna hear starting guide by people who are played whole franchise amd really knows something about character creation on fallout
Each game is different, and several different companies put their stamp on their part of the franchise. I've played them all except FO 76. I'm not a team player. FO 4 is a good game and I have played it almost daily for over 8 and a half years. But I'm not an expert. I can tell you this is not a cookie cutter type game. Every player is free to make the type character they want, and play the game the way they want. When players find a bug, it takes Bethesda years to get around to it and even then, they sometimes make it worse. The game is full of glitches that players turn into short cuts or cheats to get ahead. Bethesda allows mods that are player created, and these mods are loved by many players. Some are so bizarre to me only the map of the game is familiar.
Having said all that, a new player is at a disadvantage when creating his first character, while not knowing exactly what to expect. If you have an idea of how you want to play you are ahead of many new players. There are 4 basic player styles of combat play. MELEE for those that want to get up close and personal with knives, clubs and such, COMMANDO for those that want to mow down their enemies with automatic weapons, GUNSLINGER for pistol shooters at short to moderate range, and RIFLEMAN for those that prefer a longer-range conflict with rifles. Most players specialize in one style (mostly sneaky sniper) until they have enough perks and weapons to spread out into other styles. New players and new characters die a lot and very quickly. However, you can change your difficulty level at almost any time. I say almost because you can change from survival difficulty to a lower level of difficulty but having done so you can never go back to survival difficulty again with that character. In the other difficulties you can flip flop all you want, whenever you want. Survival difficult is like playing a similar game but is totally different at the same time.
Most of the enemies you will encounter tend to charge into fairly close range, if not right in your face and are in groups of 3 or more. Some will chase you, many hundreds of yards/meters. The weapons your enemies will have are widely varied. You will be attacked with ballistic, energy, radiation, sonic, poison, explosions, bites, and combinations of several types. One even launches larva at you. Some will burrow underground and pop up at your feet. Some are small and fast, some are huge and tough. One has the ability to revive their dead to attack again. No matter how many non-player characters (NPCs) are around you, helping you in the fight, you are the primary target of the enemies.
I play as a sneaky sniper for the most part. I carry a ballistic sniper rifle, an energy sniper rifle, a moderate range rifle or two, and a short range semi auto pistol, along with a couple grenades and mines. Sometimes a shotgun as well.

ok... I am a fallout2 nut, who never played 3. I used almost no charisma, and the gifted and finesse "traits". since the gifted trait added over 7 extra points (at least?) to use to alter your other stats, I could turn charisma all the way down to 1 and still have it be 2. my str was around 8,, luck 6, endurance 5, perception 7~ish, and agility 10, and INT around 7 or so. anyway, with the 10 agility I started automatically with 10 action points, and combined with the 2 action boy perk picks, I had a 12 action pointed reduced hand-t-hand fighter (think, 6 punches a turn with reduced hth cost and slayer perk) with slayer and all of it. with the 6 luck I was able to chose extra-critical %chances and with the finesse trait my higher level characters had critical hit rates in the late 25%-35% range, plus slayer of course making my melee criticals 100% of the time. anyway, all that said, is there still an action-boy perk? is there still slayer? and what about traits? did they do away with the 2 traits all together or replace it with something else- that "gifted" trait in fallout was/is the game winner as far as im concerned. if that isnt in THIS game, then perhaps I can just crank down charisma and try to make at least a semi-decent fighter, but it wouldn't be like the combos I had with my 12-AP character and reduced-hth-cost and stuff like in fo2. ;)
please lemme know about traits and if "gifted" is still available.
four for the all skills at the beguning
Strength was weird for me, with every shotgun I had and bashed raiders with the power attack, it TWO SHOT THEM
I OHKO them with my Machete, 7 Strength at lvl10, gotta level up some and grab some companion perks, can't wait till I get T-51 and T-60 Power Armor to add to the collection.
thanks
The way the perk trees state is picking a perk below say like strength will add an star to strength overall but I don't see that ever happen. Am I misunderstanding what it says or is this a super shitty glitch?
FALLOUT 4 HYPE!
+MrBossFTW I get it tommorow! :D
+Maxim Lavrov if you don't know about fallout don't bother trying to understand....
+MrBossFTW Does this mean intelligence still works the same way it did in fallout 3. Where you get to put in more Experience points in each level up you have if you have a higher intelligence? If so, I will be starting with 10 Int.
+MrBossFTW My favourite tactic is strength and endurance!
+Dimitra Koutsioumpa i put ten on strength
i did ten strength 6 charisma 5 endurance an two for the rest
I went with the charisma and intelligence combo
