The former Zamafara State governor is now the deputy minister of defense. With the level of insecurity in his State, he could have hidden under insecurity to destabilize the administration of his successor who is not a member of his political party. But a sensible man can't be that stupid.

I wondered how Abati came about asking his question from his guests, particularly as it affects the Rivers and Rivers elders suit in the court of Appeal. Why would you be asking them about their locus? A reputable lawyer must have taking their brief before filing the action in court. If they have answer they wouldn't even go n to court. It's court's business to determine the locus of a litigant before it. Why ask such question from the litigant or a guest in the studio.? Even, if we agree they do not have locus, is it not a good thing for the elders to have approached the court instead of allowing the state to be turned into a theater of war? I think Abati should stop foisting his opinion on his guest or the court.

Wike tried to create a crisis before PDP NEC so as to use it to justify the exited lawmakers, but PDP was smarter than him. He destroyed himself and the lawmakers when the PDP did not remove the National Chairman. Wike is sinking his political career gradually. Infact i expect Fubara to go and remove the roofs of the lawmakers quarters to teach them a lesson. Same thing Wike is doing in Abuja.
The lawmakers are gone and gone for good because they personally and individually resigned their position by themselves. They should blame Wike for a wrongful advice. Fubara should use his position to prevent all of them from getting nominated for next election. The winner takes all in Nigeria politics. Na today? Nothing go happen.

I am surprised that Abati is not aware there are some court cases against the decamped 27 pro-Wike hoyse of assembly apart from the rivers Elders pending case in Abuja Appeal Court.
The PDP Publicity secretary cited a court case they filed in Abuja recently, and the remaining PDP house of assembly members have also filed a high court case. Except Abati is pretending or working for Wike, the matter is pending in the court and hope the courts will not delay the process, and justice delays may lead to justice denial.
