Is hard because Locking is about the show and she is so good, musicality and Skills and she have to much Funk. If you think in the original Lockers style you dont think about soul and haven fun man! The original Lockers and Don Campbell they put all on stage. I dont know meaby I'm wrong but Locking is a hard style you need put all this element together on stage, skills, musicality, performance and creativity!

You can't hide from yourself^very good sentence for those tow dancer we show'n their real face the girl Yuki have done all she's got and she was brave in addition of her talent and roché à a really good dancer but a little less implicate in this final. Very good battle Thanksyou for existing SDF !

When Roche is dancing he is in the moment and in tune with the music. He is living and immersed in the present: that is what come close to be being possessed by the spirits of the ancestors. I have seen Maasai and Somali dancers in East Africa dance so rythmically that they go into ecstacy fits and even collapse. I guess that is what all religions aspire to.

Great battle congrats to both for a great performance. Felt like Roche kind of sabotaged himself in this battle. He was winning in musicality and creativity but it seemed like he wasn't focusing on battling that much more so performing and pandering to the crowd. Felt like he never lost control of the momentum but simply handed her the win almost. Curious to others thoughts on it
I felt the same way. His style is mostly showmanship and crowd engagement, which I love. But this is a dance competition in the end, and it has to be judged as such. If it were judged on entertainment, I'd choose Roche all day. He always delivers in that department, with touches of dance here and there.
@@naijainnit Roche can def be very technical/foundational as well though, he isn't just all charisma and showmanship, it's just that in some battles he fails to keep a good balance between the two. Although he does strike me as one of those dancers that prefers having fun and entertaining over just winning anyway.

Dang wtf was Roche wearing and doing, this was probably the worst battle i've seen him do! Must have not practice much and prepared before this event
