The mighty ducks is such a awesome series.
I liked this I didn’t love it, only some parts made me feel a little nostalgic. Nothing can replicate the trilogy most of us know and love.
Do hope and cross fingers we have a season 2 and or 3 than end. But we shall see in the end.
At least they pay respects to the trilogy in some ways in any shape or form

His love of hockey seems to be directly related to if being a hockey player can get him laid.
Gordon Bombay, Charlie Conway, Fulton Reed, and Adam Banks got me to play hockey and love it after watching the first movie. Then Kenny Wu was added onto D2 and Paul Kariya made an appearance on D3, made me love it even more as an half-Asian guy, playing it competitively until high school. This video literally made me cry. Thanks for the upload! Ducks fly together!!!

My dad introduced me to these movies as well as Miracle and since then I’ve loved hockey and would love to play but unfortunately I don’t live close to a rink and my school doesn’t have hockey.
It would’ve been cool if Charlie Conway came back but as a villain because Bombay abandoned them maybe when Charlie needed him the most. It could’ve been like Charlie’s mom died and he needed a father figure but gordon wasn’t there so he lived a life hating Gordon and everything he stood for and decided to become a villain and maybe became a good coach for the soul purpose of showing Bombay that he never needed him or how his actions have consequences
So sad Emilio isn't in season 2

Ken Wu, Fulton and Adam didn’t jump on the car when the ducks were first introduced to Bombay, as Ken wasn’t introduced until D2, and Adam/Fulton joined later on in D1. So technically only Connie, Guy and Averman would have known about that. The other three were probably confused haha.
Yes, you're absolutely but the comparison was more so just about the limo scene. When they did the scene again in game changers they added those other characters in the limo. It's a very interesting scene
Bombay has a law degree. In the D3 movie, he was the GM of the Junior Olympics. He could've gotten a job as a NHL GM.

He's wearing a district 5 jersey because the goalie mask logo is no longer owned by Disney so they changed it to the original

Back in 2011 to 2012 My crazy supervise teacher of mine from Oregon tried to steal the Real NHL Hockey team's name, and he got in trouble from the principal & the NHL also the Anaheim Ducks got Angry at him and warned him not to steal also he didn't found the team's name
Henry & Susan Samueli found the team's name, and they made a hit movie as well
Also I considered Coach T as cut-out guy because he cut Evan Morrow. lol

Good to see that Gordon did absolutely nothing with his life
But he did do something with his life. He helped coached the don't bothers to beat the new mighty ducks and they won although they were the underdogs
What on Earth happened to The Ducks??? They were a rag tag heart and soul crew.... now they became just like the Hawks 😢 never thought I'd see that happen 🙄
How does Gordon Bombay go from lawyer to some schmuck who owns a run down ice rink? I never understood that
Schmuck is kinda strong of a word. I'd say he was very irritable in the first few episodes of game changers. Only you're question is a good one. Maybe he just didn't want to be a lawyer anymore. He did quit his firm in the 2nd ducks movie to pursue NHL, and then in mighty ducks 3 he was a lawyer again. So honestly I don't really know. He mentioned that the ice ring was given as an inheritance alongside with the bills and finances. Why did he take it? He could have kept the lawyer job and payed that off. So many questions lol

Also he didn't play in the pros (well not like what most people consider the pros). He played in the minor league. They said that in D2 as well.

So he stopped coaching the ducks because all they cared about was winning? The pee wee state championship or the junior goodwill games?
Basically when he came back from the good will games, all his own Mighty Ducks have moved on and the Ducks that replace them and the team franchise only cared about winning so he walked alway.

Yes, you're absolutely right. I was counting to see him in season 2. I'll still watch it though, but it won't be as interesting without him. It'd be intriguing to see how the new team grow up as a team and for any og mighty ducks cameo

This show sucks. And tbh was cringy the way they directed the old ducks and lines they said. This is why I dont watch any "remakes" or any new "sequels" etc.. Its so bad.. Im sticking with the original.
