- Popstar Pink has gone on a “little tantrum” and doubled down on a lie she spread through a tweet even after being fact checked, says Sky News host Rita Panahi.
The singer took to X to tweet about an alleged banning of various books in Florida.
“It was of course a lie, there was a lie that was circulated widely, thanks to that tweet from Pink,” Ms Panahi said.
“But that didn’t stop Community Notes from fact-checking her.
“But guess what happened? Instead of apologising, instead of just, I don’t know, deleting the false tweet, she doubled down with this little tantrum about the MAGA cult getting all mad."

There are signs at all holocaust related locations asking for respect and no pictures to be taken. They have a problem with one particular group of visitors who act as if the signs do not apply to them....Americans. Taking selfies where unimaginable attrocities occured. '1984' was literally assigned reading when I was in high school, and I went to Catholic High School here in Little Rock. I certainly don't think kids under 13 should read it, mainly because they're not old enough to truly understand the deeper implications, but it's definitely not an issue for high school students.

He was offered the role of host on the Apprentice precisely because of his status and credentials in the business world (same with the original UK version of the show and its host, Alan Sugar).

There is a difference between leather boots and fur. Cows are humanely killed before they go to slaughter. Animals raised for fur are often clubbed to death so as not to get blood on the precious fur. Not to mention the entire cow is used while the fur animal, only the fur is used and it's a product for only the wealthy and privileged.
