- It only took a few seconds for the crowd at a US Open match to turn on a few “climate crazies” who were shouting about fossil fuels, according to Sky News host Rita Panahi.
If she won’t follow her employers instructions, then the employer has every right to fire her for insubordination, simple as that.

I'm female and I don't throw a tantrum when I'm in a group at work and the manager says "OK guys ...". But that's because I'm normal with normal confidence and normal ability to be part of a team and not have to put myself on display.
In fact where I work, in a mixed gender environment, the females are just as likely to refer to other females as 'guys' as the blokes are. We simply get along and respect each other - except in unavoidable circumstances, gender isn't a consideration.
I am a woman and I say you guys all the time to groups consisting of men and women. No one gets all bent out of shape when I do. Normal, sane people do not.
