WOW truly stunning, what a shame Grappelli has gone. He would be so pleased.
This is the kind of performance where I would just happily sit with a decent whisky and let myself be mesmerised by the playing. Warm, engaging and perfect.
I like the confidence of the 3rd kid not trying to shred but doing a great solo melody using a succession of chords instead of single pick note.
Steel strings, not nylon.

So much style and flair at such a tender age. If I was listening to this on the radio, I'd think it was seasoned players of 40+yrs. These guys must have started practicing gypsy chords whilst still in the womb. Very polished performance which captures the vibe and essence of this tune.

*Henry Acker* - Guitarist. He grew up in the Boston area where his father, Victor Acker, and uncle Dana Acker, both Berklee alums, are part of a jazz trio. It was during their preparation for a French-themed show that Henry was exposed to the music of not just Django Reinhardt but the many Gypsy Jazz guitarists that have followed him.
*Samuel Farthing* is a guitarist from Ellicott City, Maryland He started playing guitar at age 10 and stumbled into gypsy jazz at age 13.
*Chris Jenkins* is a guitarist from Savannah, Georgia.
So glad I came across the Django Legacy Band. Pure entertainment and mad skills beyond words. Pure acoustic joy!

My old dad bless him I got this stuff from when I was younger and my dad play this on the record player years later me mum and dad went to France to see the Django festival in 2003 what a marvelous time we had it don't mean a thing if ain't got that swing xxx

This is incredible!!! 👏👏 The musicianship of each performer is off the charts! I love how everyone had very distinct soloing styles when their turn came around-it made for great variety that really carried my interest through the whole piece. Watched it to the end
It impresses me to see this impresive performance by these youngstars it reminds me of the time i started to lern to play the guitar with my two other brothers i was 16 years old my older brother was 21 and young brother was 14 what a great musical contribution to the world
