- We’ve all had co-workers we couldn’t get along with, but thankfully we never had to shoot emotional scenes with them or talk about them in interviews. Plenty of shows over the years have become infamous for their cast in-fighting, and it occasionally gets so dramatic that a star leaves the program. Sometimes one celeb’s career takes off while others’ don’t, and other times, stars insist on having things tailored to their every whim, which doesn’t go over well when you’re working with an ensemble. From the "Community" controversy involving (shocker) Chevy Chase to the not-very-gleeful set of "Glee," here are some TV show casts that couldn’t stand each other.

Love it. Sadly I think most actors are terribly self-centered with an ego that says it all.
I worked with some crapy people in my office that were such a piece of crap. There are many reason why I stayed and now I'm retired and I have a pension from the job, I'm a lot happier and karma has caught up with them.

Kim Cattrall made the show and totally deserved the same pay as SJP. I watched the show mostly because of her character Samatha.

That literally has nothing to do with Kim Cattrall attacking SJP for offering her condolences. What Kim said & how she acted was ridiculous & childish. She went way too far & needs to stop holding a grudge, let her animosity go, & grow up. As a woman in her 60’s she is way too old to still be behaving that way.
Also, many involved with show have spoken out against Kim’s behavior & the rest of the cast are all still friends. If everyone else besides you pretty much says your the problem then you’re the problem.
Carrie was a selfish b-word. Everytime her friends had a crisis she had some way to make it about herself.

The only show I care about in this entire list is X-Files.
I can def say Mulder and Scully didn't hate each other, it was the result of working long 12-18 hour days 5 to 6 days a week.
Imagine spending that much time with ANYBODY, wouldn't you be sick of them ?
People sometimes forget about these hollywood actor's and actress , they a pit like teachers in a way. Very stricted about their work , plus some of them basically all primadons is well and not good for the hollywood Industry .

Criminal Minds was not the same for me after firing Thomas Gibson. Stopped watching it!!
Thomas Gibson was the glue that held the show together.
The show should have ended seasons ago.
I mean, how many serial killers are there, actually, when 90% of murders are in fact done by family members, friends or someone else known to the victim.
Serial killers are the exception, rather than the rule.

Criminal Minds was my go to show - New and Old. Loved the cast but when Hotch left, it began to fade out of my Must See List .. When Gideon left (or died), I left (or died), that was the end of the journey for me. Its too bad co-stars can't control themselves with themselves or with others. CM would've been a long running contender along with Law & Order: SVU 😔 Sadly, I don't even watch that show anymore. Oh, and by the way, Moore didn't do too well in his new show - I don't even remember the name of it, tbh. He should've stayed on CM and continued his role as Flirty McDirty with Garcia - loved their interaction at the right time in the show.
Criminal Minds ended in early 2020, so it's no wonder you don't watch it now. Shemar Moore is the lead of the show SWAT, which is currently in it's 4th season. Seems like it's doing pretty good.
Bring back the original cast, I say. CM has a huge following. Bring back Hotch, Gideon, Morgan and the rest!
What are you talking about SWAT is doing fine. It is actually my favorite show this season. Moore left before Gibson and it seems to me the problem was Gibson not Moore. I stopped watching CM after Moore left but to honest the show was taking its toll on me. A person can only take so much of this kind of show hence why I also stopped watching SVU

I get people grieve in their own way, but even if there were bad blood between Kim Cattrall & SJP it’s ridiculous for Cattrall to call SJP out for offering her condolences & suggest what she did. Most people in that situation would’ve done the same considering they worked together for years. Had SJP not she would’ve been criticized for it, she was damned if she did & damned if she didn’t.
I remember very well Shatner doing an interview and implying that there's no reason he would be invited to the wedding because, "I barely know him."
Was shocked when i learned a reboot of Roseann was greenlit by ABC....1st time around,once Roseann became the #1 show Barr became HELL ON WHEELS....Her way or the highway.....After marrying Tom Arnold, She demanded he be made an EP (they had 2 compensate Goodman a 7 figure signing bonus to accomplish this demand)....To return for S9, Goodman was again compensated with a 7 figure bonus as he was done with the bullshit!!!

I think they went for more modern ones but I would love to hear about the ones you listed

I really didn't like Grey's. I quit watching after Hagel left. I couldn't stand Meredith and her whining.
I never liked Meredith either, and I never thought Patrick Dempsey was "dreamy".
I couldn't get through one episode of that melodramatic horse shit.
I thought she was the highlight of the show..
I watched a friend yell in the face of a girl after her best friend died saying almost the exact same thing word for word of Kim “You’re not my friend and you’re not family so why are you even here!!” In that moment I could not feel anything but shame for my friend who I know was hurting but to lash out like that always made me question her integrity and the same for Kim and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Can anyone explain why Kim Cattrall dislike SJP so much?
@@JohnLee-pt5jz SJP was a bully and allowed other cast mates to treat Kim poorly. Kim was becoming a star and house hold name following the show and SJP did what other actors do, put down coStars they feel threatened by.

There was also an early feud on 227 between Marla Gibbs and Jackee Harry. 227 was originally supposed to be a staring vehicle for Marla, but when Jackee became the breakout star, Marla became extremely jealous, accusing Jackee of being a diva and receiving all the attention on the set. Good news is that both costars did patch things up and are now lifelong friends.

You should look at past tv shows such as Moonlighting, Cybil Shepard and Bruce Willis couldn't stand each other. Also Good Times Estelle Rollins hated that Jimmie Walker was getting all the attention.

Kim Cattrall has taken a lot of cheap shots especially the really tacky outburst to SJP's condolences while Sarah Jessica Parker has kept a classy silence. Several cast and crew of SATC including Chris Noth have indicated that KC was the problem on the set not SJP. Judging from the nasty, sustained chirping from KC I tend to believe them.
Two sides to every story. I don't believe Sjp is all sugar and spice. Kc made the character samantha ! She was just as much the star of the series.
But People forget sometimes, their is always another side to Hollywood actress and actors. That are a pit like strict school teachers in a way. Basically some of them can primadons.
Terri hatcher was actually being bullied by the other cast as she was always paid the most. This video implies she's the problem and she wasn't....

Several of us had lunch with George Takei, during a Star Trek convention in Augusta, GA, MANY years ago. He was pleasant enough, but also seemed more interested in the Chippindale breakfront furniture in the Dining Room, than talking to us. I was unaware of the actual feud with Shatner, until things resurfaced after "Captain Kirk's" space ride. Actually, pretty sad. To be honest, I think George has gone off the deep end, these last few years, but could actually believe that William Shatner DID do the things that he professes.

I think a bit of rivalry between actors is fine. However, in large doses it can make the work environment toxic. Most of the problem here seem to be around behaving unprofessionally. If your rivalry offscreen gets in the way then dial it back
