I was hit by a car while walking across the street five years ago - broke a ton of bones, sustained a bunch of injuries, and after I recovered was left with three herniated disks and eight bone spurs in my cervical spine. Finding exercises that wouldn't aggravate my injuries was difficult, and honestly when I first watched this workout I suspected it was way too intense for me. No matter! :D I started out by playing the video at .5 speed, a few days later upped it to .75, and then after a few weeks finally felt ready to take the training wheels off. Was surprised and delighted to find that I could keep up, and that I haven't re-injured my neck! In fact, quite the opposite - don't want to jinx it, but my baseline pain level seems to be decreasing slightly. Hayley and Derek, thank you both for being such an inspiration...you're both exceptional in so many ways, and you're so generous about sharing those gifts.

Health is all there is, after more than a dozen operations you have to push yourself to be able to take care of those you love. I like your workout I'll try adding it to my morning mountain runs and 100+ pushups a day.

This was so great!! It seemed so much longer than 15 minutes. I have to admit, I only watched and didn't do. I was expecting it to be way beyond my fitness level... and it was. But moves can be modified for limitations so no excuses. I'm gonna save it and I'm gonna try it and use it as a barometer to monitor my improvements. Now THIS is what a power couple looks like!! Enjoyed thoroughly!
