Sorry what is the bread sauce slander? It's elite. Basically another stuffing and helps to stop the turkey/chicken not be dry. My dad makes sensational bread sauce to be fair so maybe that's the key. Love the video as always Grack and loving Vlogmas!

Mountain equipment do really good puffer jackets all ethically sourced Duck down which is really warm and most them are pritty water proof they make jackets for men and women so Definitely have a look not the cheapest but super warm for and feel no wind in it 🤣
Never heard of bread sauce before... I had to look it up. Looks like a very thick cream gravy to eat with poultry? Yours looked like it was as thick as mashed potatoes. Think it would really have to be seasoned well for me to enjoy it. But who knows?

Make your life easier and make a vegan gravy (stir in some meat juice in the end for the meat eaters), don’t shy away from msg and shiitake for a boost of flavour! Also make all sides vegan so it’s less work for you. I love that you accommodate everyone.

Cranberry Sauce over turkey is a VERY popular thing in America. You won't find a traditional turkey dinner without cranberry sauce; usually, it's cold tho. =)
You will definitely find it. My family doesn't eat that and I don't know anyone who does actually. We do cranberry relish with fresh cranberries, fresh oranges, and pecans.
Have you looked in Joules for a puffer? Although I’ve got the shortest arms in the World, and their coats aren’t a problem with me. Worth a try though. 😉 xx
I just googled bread sauce because it was such a mystery, and it sounds appalling. (Although tbh, not THAT different from white gravy, which is a food group where I come from.) Nevertheless, there doesn't seem to be too much you can do with it. Except tip it immediately.

“Bread sauce can do one” couldn’t agree more . I went to my ex’ family for grouse season and it’s just grouse, crisscross crisps and bread sauce . I don’t like grouse so I thought maybe I could just eat everything else and leave grouse and not be rude. Wrong . Just had crisps .

I use Alexa for timer, you can do multiple timers and name them i.e. Roasties, Yorkshires it's fab xx

It taste similar to white sauce/ roux just with a different texture. Like a roux it lives off the seasoning.

Weird we always had Christmas dinner on the day and then another one the day after. I tend to rotate the same four meals anyway.
