Hey. This is a common issue. The vibrations will be there for most riders with small and cheap two stroke engines. The alignement is probably messed up because someone has fiddeled with it. The solution wil probably be to measure that the wheels are paralell by measuring in the front most point of the tire and then adjusting so that you have the same measurement behind. If you are very picky, the front should toe out (searh up if you dont understand) ever so slightly. Hope this gave some answers to your questions 🤝
