I think the idea of amon stealing your phone in Judgement/ judge eyes is kinda my favourite moment that all the power you had is gone from you. No more pausing to take a breather or having the heal/extracts items you want to increase to a less painful battle against amon. I wish they could do that more often in the yakuza series.

I just beat EX Hard Amon today as well. Took me about 4 tries, once I figured out how everything works it was just about manageable especially in the first half of the fight, but once you get Kiryu and co. showing up the real battle begins! You can't really try rushing through the fight and focusing on Amon else he'll laser you from orbit and you'll get torn apart by the four of them! Definitely made the DLC worthwhile for me though, I honestly just expected the same Amon doing more damage, but it switches up quite a lot and makes for a much more suitable Amon fight, especially after the lackluster one on normal difficulty. And just be thankful he didn't call on Tendo as well...
Tendo is a “once an enemy always an enemy” type, so he doesn’t have a delivery skill. Don’t take “Tendo fought alongside Ichiban against his own people” as an excuse. He’s just wanna have fun, but when Masato pays him, he obliged.
fun fact these are the auras of the tojo legends (saejimas aura is blue as well but since he summon kiryu they couldn't have the same color so its a light green) so essential its there fighting auras coming to life

Well that's surely was hard, didn't know he could summon 3 copies of Goro+Taiga+Kiryu, they surely seem to be the hardest parts of the fight, expected to see him lv99 though. Well, now the challenge is completed I guess. :P

Man! What's Turn-Based gameplay relationship with Instant-Kill attack... So far, I have not been lucky to get back on my feet after he did any Instant-Kill move.
Big thing is less what jobs they have at that moment, and more that you have a main job in the 90s and others high enough to give you relevant stats that carry over across all jobs, plus certain skills. Like, I found very little use for Dexterity in the _True_ tower, but you need Defence to survive more than one hit, Agility to make sure your opponents don't get too many turns, and whatever offence stat is relevant to a given character. Nanba for example is a magic-based character, so you want his MP and Magic to be very high, whilst for others it's usually more important to focus on attack. MP is pretty important, though, because you'll probably use skills almost exclusively. You'll probably want to go through the easy tower (front entrance) a number of times, for levelling, money, crafting materials, and learning the enemies. If you learn an enemy is weak to fire for example, maybe swap in a character that can do good fire damage before you fight them. Nanba gets good fire stuff with his Homeless job, and the Chef job can give anyone good fire stuff, though a lot of people like Zhao for that job. Weapons are a very big deal. And they often wind up giving you access to good elemental attacks at higher levels. Host job gets an ice weapon, Chef gets a fire weapon, Hero gets lightning, and there are others. Levelling is done fastest against Invested Vagabonds, so make sure you understand how that works. Downside is they're not in the best places for gathering materials or money. Last, make sure that for every fight you ever have _before_ doing the True Final Millennium Tower, you have everyone equipped with Nouveau Riche crowns and as many job-EXP-enhancing items as you can give them (1 or 2, depending on the job and what you've done in the game so far).
By the way, this is harder than it looks. You need to max out everything(Levels and Job Levels) and in order to get through the final tower, you have to memorize every enemy placed their cuz they can one shot Ichiban. It's unlike the past Yakuza games where to have to be very patient to get a hit, in this one, it's actual strategy.

I’m not sure if the Western version will add ExHard difficulty right from the beginning. But even if that happens, I recommend you grind some levels while playing easier difficulty

Just Normal, Hard (NG+ DLC) and Ex-Hard (NG+ DLC). Normal and Hard were holding hands difficult unfortunately. Ex-Hard is very challenging as long as you don't overlevel your party or collect status upper drinks.

Amon is SUPER cheap ni all the other games, this level of things to manage is what his base SHOULD have been with the only difference being the damage he can deal, he have always had super cheap moves and abilities. instakill is EXPECTED from a super boss.
@@gazbaz2684 I didn't think Jo Amon in 6 was as hard, I mean for me with lemon CC soda for attack boost, he pretty much went down in one or two tiger drops and and two heat actions on hard, Legend it was kind of the same, I felt that Yakuza 6 Amon was like a test for their new Dragon engine to see what RGG studios could or couldn't do, then Yakuza Kiwami 2 came out and that Amon was kinda depressing like his theme was awesome but the fight felt hella depressing because you thought in your head "Damn this is the last Amon fight ever" then Judge eyes came out and that Amon near broke the PS4, best Amon design wise, crazy powerful on Legend

When I beat it I got 2 Jobs with level 99 and 1 With level superior to 60 for everyone. I focused on the jobs which had permanent boost for HP, Defense and Agility.

Yeah, the Ex-Hard challenge was a mix of hard grinding and fun boss battles. Definitely the difficulty you should play on!

After 2 weeks of grinding i finaly did it. I beat shin amon!
The only hard part of this fight really is the grind to even have a chance at it, just cause of how long it takes

This is the TRUE final millennium tower because:
1. Amon is lv. 99
2. Amon summons Kiryu, Majima and Saejima which he doesn't do in the final millennium tower
if I am right, Amon Clan has a rule that their members can't fight with people who are different sex with him so...........

When I beat it I got 2 Jobs with level 99 and 1 With level superior to 60 for everyone. I focused on the jobs which had permanent boost for HP, Defense and Agility.
