Been there. It does get better. Personally I go for the feeling more than anything but my body is finally adapting hardcore since I’ve cut out the extra food and also stopped smoking weed. That was a huge reason why i would overeat I just didn’t have the “stop eating” signals in my brain. It was definitely messing with my mind and body connection and it’s why I never realized I wasn’t working out.
When you feel weak, it’s an indication you haven’t been exercising in awhile. Because exercise makes you feel so strong and so powerful. You are so sore but you are also flooded with so many endorphins that moving after exercise feels euphoric as well. You are literally pumping natural dope through your system and it’s the body’s way of protecting your nervous system. I’m just saying as a former drug addict I would never ever go back. I would also never smoke weed habitually again. Why take a drug that makes you feel tired. Why take an opioid to feel good. You can exercise and feel high and then be tired from exercising.

    • @Pronounlol

I have lost 15 kilos this summer, and I have been feeling far better. I have noticed my legs are far stronger than before, and this small weight loss made me realize I could be even stronger. Sometimes I wonder if I'm doing the right thing working out and feel demotivated but I still keep going. KEEP GOING! That’s the best advice I can give you. I was 180lbs and cut all the way until I was 25 (depression from a very toxic relationship) I jumped up to 296lbs last year. My doctor told me I was boarder line diabetic and that’s when I cut back. I first cut back from eating so much fast food. Then hit the gym starting in may this year. I’ve lost 52 lbs this year and counting. Some days are easier than others for eating and some days you will lack motivation to go to the gym. This is normal and embraced those bad days and go harder the next day. There were times I would walk out after 2 exercises due to comparing my self to others. But I realize that we all gotta start somewhere and it’s not how you start it’s how you finish. My goal weight is to be 200-225 by next year with muscle. WE GOT THIS!
