Just a little tip that Daxi didn't mention:
If your box on pokémon home gets full, what you wanna do is first go to your pokémon tab (if you only have a basic box, you'll rlly need this) then hold the pokémon/s you want to release, after selecting your desired pkmn/s, you need to tap the three vertical dot on the bottom left then tap the third option which would be "Release Selected Pokémon". That's it your done :) i hope this helps cuz alot of ppl we're confused on how to clear their basic box including me lol

I did my last meltan box on slugma hour for the double candy I also used golden pinap so I was getting 12 meltan candy for each catch!!
What you used was not a golden pinap but a normal pinap berry

Another thing, you can get a gmax melmetal by doing this. It should appear in your Pokemon home box after you do it, or in the gifts section so don't delete the app

Make sure you have lots and lots of poke balls cause he spawns what felt like every few seconds for an hour. Also plenty of Pokémon storage and lots of pinap berries would be good too. Also better if you can just sit for the whole hour. Maybe save up gifts to open while you do this for poke balls… I was expecting it to spawn once and that’s it, so I wasn’t ready at all.

I finally got my Melmetal this week caught like 100 Meltans using Pineberries it’s interesting I heard about the mystery box before but decided to look into it on Monday how on Saturday i come upon this video 😂😂😂 that’s crazy

Still works 9/19/2022. If you cannot transport a Pokémon after the initial time, for me it worked on POGO but nothing showed on Pokémon HOME. Sign out of the Pokémon HOME account in POGO, then sign back in

@comedyPrANKS I meant it’s almost like incense you get meltan spawn every minute or 50 secs. The first time I thought transfer one Pokémon and you’ll get a meltan.

I haven’t used my Meltan box in months, no Pokestops at my house to farm Pokeballs and I’m usually not going to have enough Pokeballs or saving for an event recently
I know it is a pain in the ass but you can open 20 gifts per day, if you have many active friends you can get 20 gifts easy
Get 200 friends and you’ll have infinite poke balls from gifts
@@Chrispy yeah but to get gifts in return eventually they are gonna have to go to stops and get gifts ... I delete people if I send them 3 gifts and get none back.

@@zeckex564 true, it definitely helps when the friends are active players! I personally work on 40 friends at a time, sending 20 gifts to the first set and 20 to the other the next day....I don't find I get enough balls to really grind or run an inscent or anything, but beyond Pokeballs, gifts/friends are also a great way to gain XP so it's worth the time imo 😎
