Affirmations aren't just thoughts they are inner conversations and if you knew about Neville Goddard's teachings which she never gives credit to than you would know inner conversations can never be stopped and are always creating your life. The best affirmation is knowing that you are already perfect in every aspect of your life. Even if you dont believe it right away you still start to believe it over time.
If you listen or read the secret book she does recognise Neville as one of the secret teachers🤗
She does all though he is not the only person that teached these laws.
