CONSIST WINNER, Feb. 1994!

I manage to catch this consist on a sunny day after a foot of snow dropped the previous day. When I give a "consist winner", that means it wont happen again, and trust me, it didnt! They took Consumers Power coal train to Port Sheldon power plant on Feb 15, 1994.
