    Very easy and straightforward. I built four of these so I didn't put too much weight on it. Thanks for this.

    Great idea. I just made a rack for my pipe clamps. I need to hand all the other clamps. This idea will work.

    Keep up the good work, just watched all the video's you have so far. I just finished a similar work table like your's I have a 5x5 with a two foot extension. I added a drawer cabinet and that adds much needed storage.

      Thanks for watching and commenting, Mike! Drawers for my table are coming in the near future. I am in dire need of storage!

    Is there any advantage to using a Forstner bit in the drill press for the first slot holes? I've watched a number of these clamp storage videos and most (all the ones I've watched) use the Forstner...seems like a small thing so I'm wondering....Good straight forward instructions...thanks!

      Six of one, half dozen of the other. Not really sure why I picked a twist bit or didn't pick a forstner bit. Both do the job equally well in this instance.

    That’s 2/2!!! I thought for sure you were going to reference your “Drill Press Table Video” when you moved to drill the holes for those that might be new to your channel(me). It has some great info!!! Just a thought... certainly not a complaint. Subscribed!!!

    What model of Kreg pocket whole jig do you have?

    What was the blue hose attachment you used on the sander?

    • @TheAverageCraftsman
      @TheAverageCraftsman  Před 4 lety

      It's the Rockler small port hose. It's terrible. Dont' buy it. If you're looking for a good hose get this one: amzn.to/2uH0owE (affiliate link)

    One of the most hilarious parts of this video was the look on your face when you went to attach the vacuum hose to your pocket hole jig. I just about cracked up! Seriously, I did. The reason? You had the same look on your face as I do when something like that happens to me. A neat little jig for F clamps. I only have studs for my inside walls of my shop. Also that 18" piece of wood would go between my studs, since mine were set on 24" on center. I had a cheap contractor who cut corners left and right. My house has been a nightmare to repair things since he cut corners everywhere!
