The only 7 Times Michelin Bib Gourmand Tze Char: The Ultimate Destination for Chilli Crab Lovers

In this video, we visit the legendary Alliance Seafood at Newton Food Centre, which has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for 7 consecutive years. This tze char stall is famous for its mouth-watering chilli crabs, which are cooked with fresh and succulent crabs, sweet and mildly spicy sauce, and fluffy mantou buns. We also try some of their other delectable dishes, such as black pepper crabs, sambal stingray and sambal sotong.

I felt that the prices are on par with other popular Tze char stalls. Also they did state their prices clearly on the menu except for the market rate items. As for crabs, it is prudent as a consumer to ask for the prices before committing to purchasing them! For the $50 each we paid for the crab, I would consider them pretty large and fresh crab, and the 2 crabs was sufficient for 4 pax. Thanks for watching our video!
