- Alani Nu and Celsius Live Fit have been on our radar for quite some time after how many people we’ve seen drink it.
We decided to try both of their watermelon variations to determine which is the best. One as an afternoon pick me up, the other as a coffee alternative.
We acquired these drinks at our local grocery store, HEB Central Market!
Check out to see which one we recommend the most and why!

I know Alani Ni was created by a woman and is marketed towards women but I’m a smaller guy and I enjoy them but personally they upset my stomach more and out of the dozen or so energy drinks brands I’ve tried, Celsius is my go to. I find it to be the cleanest/healthiest I’ve tried and I am okay with the weaker flavors and they don’t hurt my stomach too bad. I’ve found that they don’t really give me a big energy boost but rather a more sustained increase in energy without the jitters and crash I get from other energy drinks. Just my two cents. Anyway, great video!
for me it's the other way around, odd
I definitely agree with you that Alani is more directed for women. For me being smaller it only takes a lil caffeine to get me going. In fact just with 1 Of the Celsius give me unstoppable energy for hours. I do think both these drinks are designed for weaker tolerances like myself. Which is totally fine because as much as I like coffee I hate getting the jitters from it!
Do y’all guys eating before drinking them cuz I do and my stomach is always fine
I think the kick is small bc it has L-theanine in it which relaxes you which is supposed to work synergistic with caffeine.
I enjoy them both but I like the Celsius better for my jump rope routine. I feel so much better with the Celsius even in the bedroom it gives you more bang for your buck.
I have been drinking Celsius drinks since 2009, and like them primarily for the mood boost they give me. Alani Nu... Not so much but ok. Neither are very good for you but Celsius has better ingredients out of the two.
I am a powerlifter and a martial artist. I had to reset my tolerance threshold. I’m 6’1” & weigh 205 lbs. 200 mgs give me a full day of energy. To me, Celsius brings the focus component, Alani doesn’t.
How Celsius could upset his stomach is a mystery.
Its not a mystery at all. Its a metabolizer booster as well so makes you feel hungry. Alani is far superior
Celsius is garbage. Alani nu has some good flavor drinks. It's not a start your day kind of drinks. Also Celsius makes me poop too 😅.
Alani nu has too much sodium
Too much sodium can be an issue sometimes, however, it can be great for someone needing to replenish their electrolytes and stay hydrated! Sodium shouldn’t scare you!

@@thesupplementreviewers5010 Adam I appreciate your response to that comment for we all know Lexi could be pro Celsius but your response was A1 not throwing Alani under the bus. I’m a new sub 🤘
@@danielbaysin4 I appreciate it Daniel! Yeah no problems with either but it’s important to be informed! Thank you for the support! 🙏🙏
I really do not like Alani, Alani is my less favorite one by the others E.D because too me it taste like medicine.
