- Healthier energy drinks.... what does that mean exactly? Well, as long as an energy drink doesnt have sugar in it, it is fairly healthy. The remaining ingredients are good for you. But some companies go above and beyond to give you healthier ingredients and Celsius energy is one of those companies. More below

Celsius energy has really gone the healthy route with their drinks to make them different from the rest. They tried to go so healthy that they don't even want to be known as an energy drink. They want to be called a fitness drink. This drink also tends to taste fairly natural too. When they give you a blueberry flavor, its not a sweet blueberry flavor, its a natural blue berry flavor and this rends to ake the drink a bit more underwhelming in flavor, unless you like the natural flavors.
That being said, Celsius has continued to grow over the years and can be found in just about every store from convenience stores to grocery stores to gas stations. It really has shown people that not ALL energy drinks are bad for you and some of them are even more healthy for you than others. What makes Celsius Energy so healthy? All the details in the review!

I have been drinking Celcius for over 5 years. I love the grape and wild berry. The other flavors are just ok. I’m am also interested in trying the Heat Celcius.

Definitely a healthier option among the energy drinks and especially if the Red Bulls were the sugar versions, which they probably were since they dont have a lot of sugar free. Im liking some of their newer flavors recently too!
Just had these today, had never heard of them before and killed my workout! So I bought more!! I like it a lot! And they taste good. Ive tried to bang they taste so good but I have a sensitive tummy and get sick. So I avoid bang Thanks for explaining so much about it. I feel like they keep bowels good too! I had the cucumber lime
They recently released a Peach Vibe, that I also reviewed, and I loved it. Thought it was the best one out of all of them....if you like a sweet peach tea type flavor.

@@CaffeineMan1 Truly makes sense as it can be a touchy subject. Then maybe look into caffeine patches like "spot on energy patch". Also "Grinds coffee puches" would be a good review. Both are quite different and unique ways to get caffeine in your system.

I've been perusing caffeine products, since thats what I do, but since Im so new, have been trying to grow a base with more common things that people have heard of... so it's usually 2 products people heard of, informative video, obscure product and then full circle. Yo I had one of these for my first time the other day at work. Before even looking I thought it was sparkling water, so I bought it. Then when I started drinking It I started to feel this big rush of energy out of nowhere. Looked at the drink again, and had no clue it had 200 mg of caffeine 😂 I was flying! They're very good though. Just wouldn't want to be too dependant on them.
😂Yeah, they are much more of a preworko... I mean, Fitness drink than a sipping at your leisure drink. ive reviewed a couple of sparkling waters though, if you havent seen them yet.

I think the redesign on the cans helped alot, they didnt make much back then bc nobody really cared about healthy drinks, now everything is healthy, i try to find something wrong with these cans bc its also a “energy drink” but so far no much bad stuff if anything. Love it, peach mango is my favorite
Yeah, its good to know they have healthier energy drinks. Energy drinks have gotten such a bad rap over the years due to a few bad eggs. But there are a LOT more good ones than there are semi-bad ones. If anything Soda is worst than most energy drinks.

At the time of the making of this video (YEARS ago), it wasnt in a ton of stores but NOW (even before Pepsi), its in every store I go to. Theyve really expanded!!!

Can you review zevia energy drink? It's probably the most popular stevia energy drink on Amazon.
Ive been considering it! It's on my list, just not sure when I will get to it. The healthy energy drink series seems to be doing ok so far, so I might do a different energy drink next week, then pop back and do another Healthy energy drink, which may be this one. And with Zevia, I don't have to worry about the Sucralose police coming after me in my comments.....although, Im sure there are probably Stevia police out there too. 😂
I also hated the watermelon and orange. The wild berry was pretty good & I love the kiwi guava. (Can't wait to try grape, peach vibe, & peach mango!) Only found 2 flavors in Walmart, so will probably get at GNC.
The Peach Vibe is definitely my flavor but also look for the Strawberry Guava! I recently did a review on it at the same time it was released. Very delicious as well.

Are there health risks to consuming caffeine too often? Not in the per day sense, but is there a danger in consuming caffeine every single day?
Feel free to browse my channel. I did several informative videos on caffeine safety and awareness. Buuuut, I guess I could just tell you a snippet. The Mayo Clinic recommends no more than 400mgs per day. Anything more than that on a daily basis could cause minor side effects. The higher you go, the more side effects. Everyone is different though. Some people are more sensitive to it, whereas others have a higher tolerance for it. Ok, now go watch my other videos 😂😂😂

Yeah, it definitely is a great healthy drink. Id say its one of the healthiest ones. Some people complain about the sucralose (which isnt a valid complaint), but besides that lots of good stuff, even if you dont work out. I tried the Celsius watermelon one today but i thought it tasted terrible!! It has such a bad chemical taste! My favorite energy drink is the Blue Lotus concentrate that you add to seltzer water!! Have you tried it yet? Its so good!!

Well, definitely do NOT jump back to soda. Soda is bad for you. I did a video on it which I'll link below. But, if you are sensitive to caffeine, or want to start slow, there is a great drink called Sparkling Ice plus caffeine. Its by the same Sparkling Ice brand you may already know. Its healthy and actually slightly less expensive than other energy drinks with only 70ms of caffeine in a 16oz can.

The Sparkling Wild Berry is my favorite energy drink. Tried to go back to Bang recently, but the after-taste is too much for me to handle!
Oh yeah, the difference is incredible! If you like the natural flavors of Celsius its hard to go back to Bang due to the overpowering sucralose and artificial flavors. Celsius is better for you anyway. 👍

I just got a variety pack of these and have noticed they make me extremely jittery. to the point it makes me uncomfortable and irritable. does anyone else get these side effects?
Whats your normal caffeine intake?
These drinks have 200mgs of caffeine in a 12oz can so you are getting close to 17mgs of caffeine per ounce, which is close to the concentrated amount of a Bang or Reign. They have 300mgs in a 16oz can which is 18.75mgs per ounce. Therefore the caffeine is getting into your system pretty quick.
Normally I drink one of those little bang energy shots when i wake up, then around 1 or 2 I drink a small redbull. I wanted to try something different and the celcius seemed like a healthier alternative. I'm thinking the high caffeine amount in one can is too much for me to have all at once. They do taste good though!

The newest Celsius Peach Vibe is my favorite. If you like Peach, its a good place to start. GNC and Vitamin Shoppe should have the individual cans, but some convenience stores carry them too.

The Grape Celsius is the best. I work at a gym and these are not super easy to find. The 7-11 right up the street from my club has them though and I pick up 4-5 per week.
Yeah, Ive heard they are at some gyms and workout places as well. Given that they are a "fitness" drink, that makes sense that they'd be there but they should be in more stores.

Yes, ive reviewed numerous non-carbonated energy drinks such as Monster Hydro, Rockstar Recovery, C4 Bottles, Monster Java, Vibal tea, Body Armor Edge and more.
As a recovering meth-head ( Clean 28 years in May! ) its difficult to find anything that can give me the energy I need in a day/ But this DOES. Tried one on a whim at work, and now its daily. I love that the energy is natural.

Thanks! Im glad you stuck around and found something healthy and new! A few people have mentioned my videos may be ASMR...and each time I had to Google ASMR to find out what it was. LOL! No, it isn't intentional...and after researching it online, Im still not able to pinpoint why. Some websites say things about lip smacking and gulp noises (which a lot of people mentioned they hated, so I had to edit the volume down) and other people say its my voice is calming....while others say my videos make them hyper. Its all over the place. Lol. Glad you like the videos. If this doesnt work out maybe I can get into ASMR. I wonder how big it is?
@@CaffeineMan1 as an avid asmr enjoyer, it's certainly not the same as it was 10 years ago, but I think it has something to do with the voice. it's fairly gentle and your mic does pick up suttle sounds that your mouth naturally makes while speaking that are commonly used as sounds in asmr videos.

No, it's about the same. Reign and Bang are pretty much identical, besides the extra BCAAs and such. I definitely recommend trying one of the Reigns that is close to one of the Bangs you like and see how they compare. And, sorry, for the Celsius video I had already uploaded it to YoUTube last night so the gulps weren't edited. BUT I did hear you loud and clear. No more gulps!

No, unfortunately, I can’t have stevia or monkfruit. There are a small percentage of people that when they have stevia, there is a chemical reaction on their taste buds that make them think they are tasting chemicals. Studies showed that 25% of people in the study group had this reaction and numerous studies were done. Apparently, I am in the 25 percentile. Therefore, since i can’t give an accurate review, I don’t review them.
How about that sucralose ingredient that is in it? Not a very good sugar substitute.

I'd love to see more drinks that are hard to find now; like wired, bookoo, bawls, spike, original monster flavors, etc!

Caffeine Man you I don't know if you tried the Celsius Sparkling Cola. Also I agree the Watermelon is not good, to me it tastes like water downed beer.
I did several months after this. They were at an extremely discounted price at Job Lot, so I picked up a 4 pack. After tasting it, I figured it was there because it was being discontinued. Wasnt a fan. Apparently, its still around though!

Have you tried the Tweaker energy shots? I switch between them and these Celsius drinks.
I havent tried them out yet. Energy shots didnt perform too well on my channel when I started out, but Im thinking about trying them out again now that I have a larger audience. I had one request for Tweaker before and a couple requests for Bang Shots. I did do a review on the 5 hour energies and Daily Power. Daily Power was my favorite.
