A Wild West region would be fun especially for a Legends game but I would love one based on the east coast’s Appalachia region and all of its myths and legends
I was also struggling with making a team myself because even with the team I came up with I have a little bit of overlap. I would have chosen Rise as my version since I like the legendary with one of my favorite typings in Rock/Grass (they cover each others weaknesses and can even shrug off most super effective types that are still around) as well as I prefer the exclusives. There are already literal aliens in the game, like Clafairy, that giving a cosmic or space typing would be really fun. So imagine the game really focuses on Area 51 and aliens in general. I have an idea for the Avallen Region based on New England. A pokemon called Profipass would be a Rock/Ghost evo of Nosepass based on the Old Man of the Mountain (ghost-type because the Old Man fell).
I’m thinking the gooey black Pokémon could be based off of animals that lived during the ice age era that possibly got stuck in tar pits which there is a very popular spot in California that has tar pits and fossils are still being discovered to this day

I have an idea for the Avallen Region based on New England. A pokemon called Profipass would be a Rock/Ghost evo of Nosepass based on the Old Man of the Mountain (ghost-type because the Old Man fell).
I’m thinking the gooey black Pokémon could be based off of animals that lived during the ice age era that possibly got stuck in tar pits which there is a very popular spot in California that has tar pits and fossils are still being discovered to this day
