Unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately my vtr1000 just blew up on my way to Loon Lake in the Sierra mountains went from Heaven to the other place real quick motor blown...... I did get it on here to talk good about the vtr1000 though geez that bike handled so good I've had several sportbikes I'm 53 I've had a few to say the least nothing handled like the VTR as you notice in this video it's not necessary to get off the bike unless you're full out of course then..... wear like on my CBR1000 it was necessary but the VTR loves cornering so much you don't even have to move your butt just your head and the VTR will fall into the corner...... But only with 33 thousand miles on the bike it ran perfect no timing chain rattles nothing it sounded beautiful all the sudden just cruising along at about 40 miles an hour timing chain jumped I guess destroyed it with only 33 thousand if you have one of these bikes get that timing chain tensioner out immediately if you haven't already do not run the stock one...... I ordered it but never put it in I figured I would do it next trip bike was running perfect no chain slapping at idle figured I'd do it next time around..... Huge huge mistake these are actually excellent Motors that deliver a surprisingly amount of power the torque is really off the Richter scale I absolutely loved it only 33 thousand miles that's brand-new in my book I seen bikes go 200,000 miles it seems like Honda owes me a motor at 33 thousand miles...... Anybody know how to go about getting a hold of headquarters at Honda for real 30000 mile bike should not blow up I just change the oil as usual coolant was perfect timing chain jump it should be a recall on these bikes because now I'm seeing this is not an isolated incident they happen all the time why isn't it a recall bikes should not be blowing up with only 30,000 miles that's flat ridiculous where's my new motor Honda!?????

Try Bliping the Throttle on Down Shifts Before Dropping a Gear, otherwise known as Rev Matching! Also Clutchless Upshifting is Better for Racing & Less Wear & Tear on the Clutch & Gears when done Properly! Not Being a Smart Ass - Just Passing on Knowledge from 25yrs of Riding & What was Taught to me from a couple A Grade Roadracers & Old School Fossils that have Ridden Forever!! -Cheers 👍🍺

LOL the younger viewers don't respect the power you lay down in the curves and this is their UNDOING LOL:)
I must admit I rode a V FORE and fully appreciated the power and engine braking OF a V TWIN lol, but kids today rely on the computer/output:( ABS,TRACTION CONTROL) and i will say i truely hate this comparisonas they are not truly RIDING BY THE SEAT OF THEIR PANTS!

Another track vid where the rider has no idea how to change gear ... mechanical cruelty OMG!
