What the hell is going on, they dont know what they're talking about. Marty tries to talk about things, they say, talk to Gigi. They talk to Gigi, they say that they shouldnt be talking to gigi about stuff. They act like their professional but they are actually a mess. Marty and Yuno are both separately trying to make progression for the group but they are being ignored making them feel bad for even trying, like they are bothering them. Yes Marty and Yuno both need to be better at speaking up and getting in contact but they have the groups best interest at heart and really want to push to progress the group. The dons seriously seem to be dragging their feet for no reason.

What crew? The dons? His crew is dogshit. Every one of the Dons is worthless on a heist. The ones pushing progression and doing things non stop are Marty and X. The server is filled with self inserts pretending to be gangsta, so its refreshing whenever you see someone like 4head, mr k, or x n marty do something different in terms of ic personality. Just my take, thats not to say that the above ppl aren't also flexing that gangster title, but comparing the ic aspects of their personalities to ppl who only know how to act tough like the mandem, its just hella refreshing

Personally, I feel like the Dons expect people to pull their weight, but when the guys want to discuss alternative ways to do so, they see it as them having to hold people's hands. You can't have a crew and then not give your members direction. Marty doesn't want to make decisions without discussing them with the group, and he was told to talk to Gigi, which he did. Now Lang is saying not to talk to Gigi. Marty is thinking long-term. He even made a suggestion as to how his casino can benefit the crew and he was shut down.
Lang also told the guys to do what they are happy doing. So, they do heists. They even gave the group what they got from those heists. Now he's saying something else again. These heists have long-term benefits for the whole group because what you get from the heists, especially the laundromat heists, will unlock whatever comes after. With the global cooldowns, you have to work strategically, which is what the guys are doing. I feel like the Dons are just thinking about the short-term. So, If you have expectations make it clear. They can't read your minds.
What makes it more hypocritical is they hand hold ilya and octo for weeks to get their roles right cuz luciano and tony pushed for them to join, but when it’s marty somehow it’s bad, even tho he was doing what he got told by lang, Marty and his crew been pushing to help the group but ended up getting shiit on by the useless dons 🤦🏻♂️

Communication is the KEY
Funny thing is all it takes is one conversation and their whole butt coin problem is put to rest, the main crew don’t know they have access to an additional 30 to 40 butt coin a day and that without x’s 20 to 30 butt a day.

@@terrapin5616 The heists they do benefit the whole group. Marty, Oscar, and Larry gave all 3 guns they got to the group, even though the group did not contribute anything to the heists. Marty clarified the situation when he discussed it with the dons before he even did a heist because he wanted them to know that he will be doing it with JP. This solved the issue they had with having too many people to do the heists together. I think Lang needs to make up his mind about what he wants.
It’s sad cause Marty literally gave them everything he got from the heist (3 guns) but since guns can’t be used it counts as 0

Tbf the problem with stirring started with Harry not Marty, Marty needs to not trust everyone he’s with.
3 guns, lasers bp , matts ,usb’s, coins , washing machines, buttcoins , weed grow , secondary crew so benched ppl can do heists, even his cars used for main crew heists, that what he gave and all are his own resources that he worked for with zero kickback or reimburse.
His own business: casino, buttcoin store, pre built pc’s , fur deal with lumber union, fancy car ,own house, pump more buttcoin than main crew.
Somehow they call him useless when they got harry luciano tony yuno in the same crew ,even lang doing sani and sell the matts to marty instead of giving him like he wants marty to give for free 🤦🏻♂️

I love this comment. Marty makes moves. He doesn't sit around twiddling his thumbs. He's always thinking ahead. If this group can't see that then I'd much rather have Marty, Oscar, and Larry do their own thing.

Sure he has that stuff, but the point is that it feels too separate from the main group. Like the separate heist crew. It feels like he made the crew just so he could run it with X, Oscar, and Larry. All people who aren't super close with the main members. Most of the stuff he is doing isn't directly benefiting the crew and getting them money, and is instead going to his side crew.
Marty could easily merge all butcoins stuff into one house and could be the head of butcoin generation. Working with crew to decide how they spend it and trying to coordinate when and which crew should do heists. He could take a variety of members on heists instead of the same crew in order to build rapport. Etc. It's not that he isn't doing anything. It's just that the things he is doing isn't generating the crew quantifiable revenue and feels separated. Dons partly at fault though for bad communication.
@@simplynoah5034 Marty only started the crew because there were too many people to do the heists and JP wanted to join. He solved a problem so that no one was left out. They included Tony in one of the heists and Lang seemed shocked by this when JP told him. With these heists they have to work fast and can't be scrambling around for group members when he has a group readily available. They are being efficient.
It's the dons that are causing the separation. They literally had their own little private meeting after the group meeting on Friday even though everyone was still there, which obviously excluded everyone else. They even bought a house with group money and still haven't told other group members.
The boys contributed guns which they got from the heists even though they used their own resources. These heists are for progression and benefits everyone in the group in the long run.
I have said this before but the dons are thinking about the short term and making money now. It's useful to have a crew that is so focused on the heists because it means they can get the whole group ahead. The issue is that the dons don't listen nor do they communicate well. Whenever someone brings up an issue it's brushed off. The conversation Oscar had with Lang last week is a perfect example.
They aren't giving the boys any direction so they are doing what they think will benefit the crew more in the long run.

Langs group doesn't give Marty's group butcoin either, but everything they get from the heists benefits the whole group. Lang explicitly told Marty that they will not contribute butcoin if JP is involved but having JP is what made them able to do the heists so that everyone is involved.
The guys literally gave the guns they got from the heists to the group without hesitation. They are not competing against one another. They are working together. It's so much more efficient to have two crews doing heists instead of one.
I understand Marty's Crew, that they want to contribute, but they do need direction and guidance which Lang doesn't want to give them, Lang + dons doesn't want to "hold" their hands through stuff. But still, I think Marty should talk directly to lang & dons, not to Gigi directly lol

I said it in the beginning that Marty should never have joined this group. Everytime he tries to talk to them he gets yelled at and told off. The work he does put in goes unpreiciated. Lang never liked Marty in 3.0 and in 4.0 still no change. Idk why he was even brought in tbh

It has been shown that Martys crew (Larry, Oscar) are only joining because of him. Langs concern with Larry saying he will do whatever Marty wants, this is exactly it.
He's trying to do everything, play every side. He does too much, he changes his mind every day on what he wants to do. And he doesnt communicate well.
Theres no reason to trust him, when he is showing he is capable of doing things on his own, and only seems to be around to take in benefits atm.

He runs around acting like he's completely independent & doesn't think about how his actions could impact the crew that he chose to join. He has shown far more loyalty to X than he has ever shown to Lang's Crew, which 'should' be a huge red flag for the Don's.

It's the reason he spoke to them first before doing heists with JP, which solved the problem they had about having too many people for the heists in the first place.
It is also the reason he spoke to Gigi about doing more to benefit the group. When he approached Lang, Lang told him to talk to Gigi. When to spoke to Gigi, Lang all of a sudden says not to talk to Gigi.
The progress from the heists literally benefits the entire group, which is why they gave the group the 3 guns they got from the heists, even though Marty, Oscar, Larry used their own butcoin (the group contributed nothing for that).
Lang needs to have a discussion about what he expects. He can't tell people to do what they are happy with doing, and when they do, he goes around saying they are not doing enough.
It's not holding someone's hand to give them direction when you want them to do something specific. Marty takes initiative. He even quit Gruppe six (even though he reached max rep) to work sanitation to get more mats.
They just need to have an honest discussion about this.

I don't know what Lang or Marty is expecting. What goals does Lang's crew have in the city (except for making money)? I'm hearing Marty wants to spend more time with lang and crew. While Marty's crew has been pushing for the heist with Yuno and attempting to solve puzzles. I don't see Lang reaching out an invite them to do whatever.

I like all these characters individually but holy shit they suck as a leadership group. They don't have any real responsibilities and aren't actually leading anything.
Legit feels bad for marty, He puts all his effort whenever he can, giving 100%, and still shit on. Meanwhile, Yuno, who contributes significantly less, is treated with kid gloves
Yuno is grinding his civ job as much as he can before the real heists starts because once he gets arrested he's going to lose his job. He stated multiple times that while his priority with his money is to buy his dream car, he wouldn' hesitate to give up the money for the crew if they needed it for emergency/ sudden progression.
@@AGSungI like Yuno and he is my favorite character, but I’ll only believe that he will give up his money for immediate progression when I see it. Knowing him, he will find his way out of spending and have the other guys on the group do it.
It’s true that Lang treats him like a kid. Yuno is always in a weird spot because all he cares about are heists and progression. That requires being in a powerful group but Yuno doesn’t like the burden that comes with it; drama, conflicts, enemies.
And that’s why Lang treats him as a kid.
Yuno did contribute around 100k to the group and does the hacking in the main squad. But the big thing is that his loyalty to Lang is beyond question while Marty's loyalty lays with X first. He's a good guy and wouldn't betray but there is little content to do atm so a little drama here and there to fill the gaps will happen.
Yuno is 10x more valuable than Marty is and let’s face it he has all he needs to snake Lang and his crew so it’s in their best interest to be hard on him and he’s best friends with JP

Buddha really proud and happy for it when he saw the list,that's show how much Yuno want to work with him,and Mr Lang is his no.1, Mr Lang know Yuno is Loyal to him,meanwhile Marty is Loyal to X.

Marty didnt do anything really beside his buy in. The only thing I saw him do is go on a grow with Harry maybe two times and was already plotting to scam the crew. Langs fault to invite him in in the first place. Even Yuno who barely does anything anymore because of G6 is still more useful bringing info.
