I have this... look I get when I see tiny things, having been obsessed with them since I would carry around My Little Pet Shoppe pieces in my pockets as a little girl. I was watching this and my mom suddenly asked, “What’s tiny? What are you watching?” 🤣 I looked at her, questioning. She shrugged. “You had you, ‘Ooooh! Tinnyyy!!!’ look. So what is it? Is it cute?” She knows me too well. 😋 I need this tiny thing!!! I don’t even like *ducks* that much, but I just NEEEEED a tiny puzzle!!! 😍

"Duck" I've never seen a puzzle that small before, I normally don't like doing puzzles that are less than 1000 pieces (except for a few puzzles that are my nan's house that are 100 pieces) but these look cool and they look better than I thought they would considering how small the pieces are. I might try one of these puzzles one day but I might end up losing it because it's so small

Hi! If you're looking for small puzzles with tiny pieces, you can try Pintoo showpiece xs. One puzzle has 368pcs and its dimension is only 18.3x12.8cm. It made of plastic, not paper. The pieces are really fit together, you can lift the whole picture up without any piece falling.

In Brazil we have "nano puzzles", they are almost as small as this one (you barely notice the difference) but usually they are 500 pieces. Usually they are ilustrations (most puzzles here are pictures, mostly landscapes!!), but they are very good quality. It doesn't hold together very well just like this one, and there are only two piece shapes (two ins and two outs alternate) so very easy to sort out! They are made by one of the two companies that sell puzzles (yeah, just two, I cry everyday about it) and both companies have the same quality with minor differences between them. I really like it because I can do it in my desk while I watch my classes or in a small section of my dinning table!! The boxes are really fancy tho, they open like a book and are from a higher quality cardboard compared to normal puzzles. I only wish there were 1000 pieces ones of the same size, it would be so cool! Such a "big" puzzle but at the same time so small... Would be interesting!!

I once had a puzzle with about 60 pieces, the size of a postcard. It was a souvenir depicting a steamship. But the pieces where all the same so you could remove a row and put the rest together. So we had some fun putting it together wit some rows missing so it would look like sinking.

We're a big puzzle family. And, yup, we have (2) mini puzzles like this one, but ours came in a tube. Got them at Barnes & Nobel several years ago. My young kids really had fun with them (their eyes are better at finding those small pieces). BUT, adult or child, I felt like the simplicity of the cut allowed pieces to be misplaced too often. Just like you found, the puzzle does not stay locked in place. Still, we love 'em. Can be had on Amazon for about $5 / puzzle. I'd love to find more of these in a slightly larger size.

This puzzle reminded me of the PuzzleBug brand and the Cardinal brand's dollar puzzles. Not the best of quality, and tiny pieces! But for me, it's so tiny it's cute and I can't help but love it! I love the PuzzleBug puzzles for being quick and cute with surprisingly attractive pictures. For me, tiny pieces don't need to be top quality, they are fun because of how cute they feel to my fingers, how cute the little piece sizes look, and as long as there is a good picture I love any puzzle. :)

I did one this small that wasn't a duck, but it was an Escher design, either "waterfalls" or "staircase", and had the opposite experience with the pieces holding together - the pieces were proportionally thick compared to normal-sized puzzle pieces, and were a little tough to assemble. It was so rigid when complete, it didn't need glue.

Kikkerland (pronounced kicker) - That's a funny name. In The Netherlands we sometimes refer to our small country as a 'kikkerlandje', a diminutive term of the modest size of it. Which is very odd indeed because the prefix kikker (frog) is not used in the Dutch language in this fashion for a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g else. It is solely used as such in the compound of kikkerlandje.

The puzzle fit reminds me of the wooden puzzles I have.
I just finished one yesterday, and it has almost the same issues as this one.
The pieces are smaller than the regular cardboard puzzles,
And there's a significant gap between the pieces. The finished puzzles rattles if I put my palm on it and move it around.
I also had the issue of pieces fitting in wrong places.
Sometimes tho, the most frustrating thing is, a piece is slightly fitting, but I realise it's the wrong piece. So I try to remove it. And it just doesn't want to come off because of the wrong sizes on the holes.
The pieces are just 1.5cm long. And it's a 500 piece puzzle.

It was quite a journey and very difficult because a lot of peaces fitted in places that don't belong to them. I mean, a lot of times I had to rearrange peaces, and when I finished it looked right but also wrong, so I he's to change some peaces again. It was a very difficult experience that I will never repeat. Also the puzzle has the same acordeon effect, maybe is something about tiny peaces. I think that I would find that mini duck puzzle frustrating. It looks really cute though.

I used to have a tiny puzzle that I bought in asia. It wasn't made of cardboard, but don't know what it was made of, maybe thin wood. It had 100 or 150 pieces. It was very fun and the pieces were even smaller than the ones in your puzzle. I don't know what happened to it. It was not a duck.

One day I made the puzzles from Ravensburger. 1500 and 1500 details. So that was tiger in the jungle and the Opera House in Odessa. Pieces were soooooooooooo smaaaall and really smaller than pieces in this video. That was really hard because the colours were the same.

My mom bought a cute puzzle for my 5 year old of cute kitties but didn't read the size and it was the size of this puzzle... Lol but it was made of a plastic not cardboard so sturdy and stayed together great.

DUCK . Hi Karen, I have built a puzzle that is 10 by 15 cm and it has 150 pieces. I bought it off Wish, it comes in a small tube and it has a post card at the back of it, which I find really cool. It comes in many different pictures and the pieces fit really snug together. If you are interested i would recommend checking it out . Kind regards Tasmin🙂🌺🧩

I just saw some CZcams channel where somebody did the hardest nine piece puzzle I don’t know what that’s all about but I love your puzzle reviews I love the detail you put into them because it really takes the guesswork out of it as to whether you want to try those puzzles. I have one question can you recommend any vintage type puzzles To try. Thank you also I love all your fiddly DIY’s. Codeword duck.

I haven't done many vintage puzzles, but I made a video a while back about Springbok puzzles from the 80s!

An elastic band will probably also keep the box closed.

1:30- I'd put the pieces in a snack-sized Baggie and avoid using tape!
