"Just put on your squeaky shoes and eee eee eee your way out of my life." 😂😂
Both of them going thru their girlfriends purses for tissue is hilarious
"I'm just imagining a world without my best friend in it". Damn bro even after all the shenanigans Sheldon's pulled, how can you hate him for that
It’s surprisingly easy when you realize that he’s just manipulating him.
@@gcHK47actually NO!
Sheldon cant manipulate people at all, its put of his abilities list!
he himself gets manipulated many times
@@prabkunvar10 He most certainly can manipulate people. Remember when he pretended to get cured of his compulsive need for closure?
@@gcHK47 that wasnt manipulation!
he was just pretending!
didnt u see how he moaned at the end when the last dominoe fell???
he literally let out a ALOT of suppressed emotions!
@@gcHK47 and sheldon's Tears were Legit in this scene!
if u had noticed, he has NEVER Been good at showing emotions!
1:40 Out of all his intelligent rhetoric, this was the best and most sensible thing that he has said in the series
Same as the apology he gave to Emily on the party bus.
And his speech at the end.
The purse moves are the best!
'You know he's a flight risk' something tells me this isn't about him running off but an incident we never saw on a plane.
No more like he is a runner from problems in some cases.
'Flight' isn't literal.
Flight in this case refers to the act of fleeing. Not flying. It's interesting how I as a non-native speaker know this while OP doesn't despite being solely an English speaker (judging by the username).
I liked that compromise of 1 day a week and he lets Leonard whistle
When Sheldon isn't home.
This was one of the best scenes in the whole show. They really are great friends when all is said and done.
That was so sweet and absolutely proof that Sheldon loved Leonard as a friend! Also, Parsons and Galecki are brilliant together in this scene! 🤣But I never understood why Sheldon had to move out of his own apartment!! Yes, I know it was an experiment at first, if he would be able to live in a different apartment but still, it didn't make sense that he stayed at Penny's with Amy. But I consider it a gift to Leonard and Penny, in the end, and maybe Sheldon's atonement for his impossible behavior, because Sheldon's apartment was bigger, nicer, and simply better than Penny's.
Sheldon has been difficult since the day he was born.
If Sheldon moved technically it was not Leonard leaving Sheldon. With Sheldon technicalities were a priority.
Yeah like it was in his name
0:28 Leonard said "I'm not allowed to change the temperature in my own home"
🤷♂️
literally in this scene Sheldon is crying, showing emotions like never before and he says he knows how difficult he can be, but he will still miss Leonard. So he always thought of him as a friend he just has Asperger and we all get it, his annoying behaviors are for comedy as this is a sitcom. But Sheldon literally ended up giving up his apartment for Leonard and Penny, and his apartment was bigger and way better than Penny's. So yeah, he did make up for it all.
With a friend like Sheldon, who needs enemies, he is so annoying. I don't understand how this show was popular with him in it
@@thebronx-kr9nsthat's the point bro. it's sitcom, Situational Comedy, and his attitude and others' create those situations and how they interact and react to those situations IS the comedy.
like you, I myself don't even like the show, possibly because of it's writing, but not because of it's characters.
they're poorly written, stagnant characters. doesn't mean they're bad, they're just wasted potential and poorly written.
In real life, people like Sheldon die alone.
@@MattHadder agreed, Asperger's with anti-social tendencies would've been shut-ins in real life.
@@MattHaddercan’t speak for all people like him can you
I like how this scene shows that it’s okay for men to get emotional and cry it’s being human.
How does it show it's OK? It shows a boy-man called Sheldon acting insecure and childish. Fact is, it's not OK unless you want to be a considered immature like Sheldon.
It *is* okay for men to cry if you're not a Neanderthal dragging your woman around by her hair.
@@joshitheyoshi2533 so what one can't show its insecurities, one is suppose to just bottle it up, yeah that's really good for mental health, then wonder why there are outbreaks from people who just bottle up their insecurities and never resolve them.
Here Sheldon told Leonard why he doesn't want to leave his apartment, it was genuine and it was mature.
Why is it OK for men to be emotional?
@@Big-guy1981 what kind of question is this?? because it is... bottling your emotions up isn't good
My teenage godchild (girl) was just diagnosed with autism. I so hope she'll have a group of family and friends as tolerant.
Absolutely, they will be. My friends daughter is diagnosed with early autism. It didn't even changed how we felt about her.
But her father ( my friend ) is a douche and I will always argue with him over a football match any day.
Being autistic myself (not saying Sheldon is, but there's a lot of indications), I understand that change feels stressful when you are not the one instigating it.
Aspbergers is autism.
He's def an Aspie, so yeah :)
I wish I had a friend like Leonard
An agreeable doormat that does whatever you want. Yeah...sounds like the perfect friend. Maybe just get a dog.
I’m thinking now that Sheldon has abandonment issues because of George’s death
It’s funny how Sheldon can have moments of maturity and decency like this, then he goes back to being an insufferable asshole a couple episodes later.
Thats why infound His evolution interesting because unlike other characters His journey Isnt straight up
Especially that sheldon was robbed on the train trip.
Sheldon is not difficult. He is toxic to Leonard. He constantly demeaned, ridiculed, blackmailed and insulted him.
If you see him as a normal person, yes. However, Sheldon is hardly normal. Most of the time he doesn't aware he is annoying to his environment.
he is genious, how he could be normal?
@@gznmgellewhat's genious?
Yes but he wasn't doing it intentionally...
Except Sheldon can actually say what he actually thinks of someone
I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and I understand Sheldon’s feelings in that moment. We are raised sort of like in a routine is the best way to describe it. We have a list and our parents raised us to follow, look at who is surrounding us when or where we do that said list, the time we get there to the time we leave. And if one simple thing isn’t there or we should up a minute late, or someone we have small conversations with is no longer there we have what is a panic attack. It may seem strange to someone outside, but that one thing has been part of our lives, and our schedule. It is the same way with our home life. When my sister was moving out I literally cried in my room because she has been living with me since. Raising me just she was my second mother. And my mom gosh! She is the center of my world. And when someone brings up image if they were not there we have no idea how to even imagine that. And we become extremely defensive and difficult because that is like reprogramming us that everything we were raised and brought up doesn’t matter anymore and it was a waste of your life. That is where we break down because we feel things twice as hard…so when Sheldon said how he is trying to imagine living in a world without his best friend he means it from the bottom of his heart even though he doesn’t know how to put them into words. The theory of the universe, science, comics, and they way humans should react is simple and easy….but when it is emotional things it is like his brain says the opposite or he says something that hurts someone because he does not know if he will bond with it or love it. If that makes sense…that is just how it is for me.
Autism is forgivable. His narcissism, stubbornness, rudeness bordering on cruelty, and emotional stupidity is not. Keep in mind a little sympathy or trauma does not wash out the decades of horrendous behavior and abuse towards others. Sheldon is a monster with some redeeming qualities. Not the other way around.
I can feel you. My son has asperger. A borderline of a genius but any change in his routine life will render him completely annoyed. I hope I can be there for him to develop.
@@richatpurba9047 make to make it VERY clear that just because he’s different, he does not get to be entitled. Do not coddle him. Make sure he understands adaptability. And if he throws a tantrum, threaten him. Sheldon’s mother raised Sheldon with thin skin and entitlement and then he found a spineless creature to serve him name Leonard.
It’s hard for ANYone to imagine the loss of their parents. I can see how it’d be unimaginable for you.
Consider this and see what you think. Talk about it in a gradual fashion…WITH your Mom. Plan your life for the future! You can plan who will do certain activities with you etc. You may be surprised at how willing others can be to assist! Just please be patient with them. It will be an adjustment for them as well.
You can also plan alternatives for yourself. “If so and so isn’t available for whatever reason, I will do this at that time.”
You may think talking about it is the worst thing in the world, but if you choose to see it as your Mom simply offering you guidance in life like always, that should help with the process.
As profound as her absence will be, she will literally have left you with a set of instructions!
Please give it some thought.
So imagine what it is not just for Leonard but for Penny AND Amy to accept that situation. Those 3 people are gold. How many people would agree to that?
this reminds me of frasier when Martin cries about the painting.
Was it early show or late show
Our Father Whose Art Ain't Heaven season 4 ep 8 @@TheBandit025Nova
@TheBandit025Nega
You'll have to clarify. Your question is ambiguous.
@@youmustcreateachanne was it during the early part of the show or the later part of the show
If I was Leonard, I would have brought up the Roommate Agreement: "If you truly care about me as a friend, then stop using me as a tool, as Tool and Friends are not synonyms. Friends do things for each other because we care for each other, not because of a contract. You need to learn to be a better friend, and not doing it because you are contractually obligated to do."
literally in this scene Sheldon is crying, showing emotions like never before and he says he knows how difficult he can be, but he will still miss Leonard. So he always thought of him as a friend he just has Asperger and we all get it, so stop the nonsense comments. Also, Sheldon literally ended up giving up his apartment for Leonard and Penny, and his apartment was bigger and way better than Penny's.
to be fair leonard patience is why they're friends in a real world sheldon would have no friends and would have been in a hospital a lot if he tried his bullshit.
@@ToCam-fl8ry Except Sheldon can be reasonable, but he chose not to, it was evident by the later episodes where he came back and rented out his old room as an office.
So, at the end, no one wants to bother to fix his behavior.
Yep, that one scene counteracts everything about sheldons' previous behaviour. It showed that if he wants to, he can be the perfect roommate.
Previous that he just didn't want to.
He's a manipulative scumbag. Like here in this scene.
@@ToCam-fl8rySheldon does NOT have Asperger’s, the show never confirmed what his deal was. His issues are not an excuse to act the way he does, especially towards Leonard. He had to put off moving in with his WIFE because Sheldon threw a tantrum and ran away when it was brought up. And now when it’s brought up again, he started crying like a baby. Leonard should not have to put his or Penny’s lives on hold because this man-child friend of his doesn’t want to grow up.
I know how it feels when talking about moving out.
I would love to see this with Iain Armitage
Idk why...but im tearing too
In the beginning, Sheldon says "I wish that the apple pancake mix was on the top shelf...", but isn't he making a grammatical error here? He is describing a hypothetical situation, so it's in a subjunctive mood. He should have said "I wish that the apple pancake mix were on the top shelf...". Or am I wrong?
I love this scene!
I'm all for the whistling restriction.
If it is difficult for Leonard to having to compromise (not having to) add to that Penny AND Amy. All of them having to move at Sheldon´s pace. Who would be able to do that? Those people are priceless.
...and I can´t just imagine how Sheldon´s mom would have felt if she was actually there witnessing all that happening. Since a child she was affraid of how the world would treat his son and he ended up having the best people in the world for him.
Getting in touch with their female side (pulling tissues from purses, talking about their “feelings “). This was awesome!
People talking about their feelings or using F'ing tissues is..."female side"? What sort of retarded, imaginary world you people live in?
Since when is "emotional side" called "female side" 😂. Do you mean men are emotionless? That's pretty sexist.
@@dvornikovalexeiLiberals are usually the most racist, sexist, etc. Lol
@@dvornikovalexeiFrom another angle, you could say feminist as well, cuz it actually takes courage to express emotions and those men who bottle it up are at times considered weak. So it's dual.
You missed the part where he pulled out a compact mirror.
Sheldon's crying because his life always changes around for his friends, his roommate and best friend Leonard, living arrangements and everything😢
He understands how this is works
Then he should stop whining and crying about it and keep on moving. Life isn’t meant to be stagnant. Things change, it’s evolution, something he claims to believe in.
Sheldon can be incredibly selfish, egotistical, self-absorbed, manipulative, callous and insensitive.
I still to this day wonder why Sheldon had to move out when it was his place first lol
I know how people are splitted with sheldon but with background of young sheldon u understand why he is who he is
Why did 2 doctors need a roommate? But Penny a waitress didn't?
Penny was broke (as a waitress) paying her rent. Penny makes more money than Leonard as a pharmaceutical sales rep. And Penny's apartment was a one-bedroom with a smaller living space.
They were researchers at a college. They didn’t get paid much.
Because Penny's apartment costed 1/4th of Leonard's having only one bedroom and very little space.
@@jazzybash1I believe you aren't educated enough to know what Caltech is
They likely managed their finances more efficiently. In contrast, Penny was always broke, burdened with credit card debt, and often relied on others for support. It’s also worth noting that the guys spent a considerable amount on geeky items and food.
Sheldon has reasons why he is like this all in young Sheldon
0:40 because of how she is he’s actually doing you a favor
Can't even think about this sensitivity 😢 damn some friends even don't recognise their best buddies after marriage
To be fair on Sheldon's side I don't like whistling either
What reason is there to, anyway
but is there a reason or is it a classic example of munchaussen's trilemma
I love this scene with the exception of Leonard crying. Jim Parsons crying is somewhat believable but to me Johnny Galecki gives the fakest cry ever. Could be the result of a bunch of takes so I'll give some grace 😊
Galecki's best performance is in Maternal Conclusion.
It's sad that boomers and older generations tend to hate on Sheldon, when he's basically from their generation! 🙄
Age has nothing to do with it. He’s a jerk; people usually don’t like jerks.
I❤ Penny
How could some one live with Sheldon
Reminds me of Sherlock Holmes and Watson.
Penny short her was the second biggest mistake of her life.
Short her?
dude it’s her hair, not yours. keep yours long if that’s what you prefer, or do you like asserting your preferences onto women?
@@Mack_au LOL good one.
Considering the movie she was in was complete shit, it was not worth it 😂
less shampoo/conditioner, dries more quickly, easy to brush, no tangles, what do you mean mistake? the best hair is no hair obviously.

Sheldon using emotional blackmail to get Leonard to still live with him even though Leonard is married and wants to live with his wife.
Difficult? The man child is impossible to be with
After season 3 TBBT went from being about nerd for nerds to being about nerds the way non-nerds want them portrayed. This clip is a good example on why I don't watch the latter day episodes.

What the hell?
To those who said Leonard didn't change, this is the proof of his character development. Leonard in the early seasons would just drop the issue, accept defeat or rebat in a sarcastic matter.
Poor Sheldon and Leonard are such big fat crybabies
What a couple of cry babies 😂😂😂 I love this show
:')
Sheldon is a richard. If this was real life people will constantly tell him to grow up. The producers really should've let the character evolve better during the course of the series
autistic brain works that way.

Leonard is such a whiny baby
My least fav character
How is he a whiner for wanting to live with his wife?😂 It’s the other way around. He brings this up and then Sheldon breaks down and cries like he’s a toddler.
