We can cut lemons into karge pieces,add turmeric & salt . Mix well . Keep this mixture in a glass bottle . For few days keep under sun like 5-7 days . After that you can follow this method of crushing , adding jaggery, red chillies powder etc . Then you need not to cook . Just keeping under sun after mixing everything fir 2-3 days .Die to this bitter taste will not be there & fresh lemon taste will be there . This pickle will have more shelf life .
