    AskMo, I have an issue with skipping Articling. Most times, I believe articling gets you a foot at the door of the firm you’ll like to work in as most articling students are retained by their articling principals. Skipping articling may then be disadvantageous. Or will it?

      Okezie Justice, I agree with you. There is no doubt that there are several advantages to articling, I articled and I will discuss the benefits in another video. However, the purpose of this video/series is to make ITL's understand that you have an option to get exempted from articling.

    Hi Mo! I have a question about the letter of reference that our referees have to send to LSO. As per the LSO website, referees need to specify two specific examples of our past legal experience. Does that mean they can only state the facts of the two cases we have worked on, or do they have to include the name of the cases as well. Thank you.

      I am working on an e-book called "NCA starter pack" which will address your question and many more issues you might be confused about. I will let you know once this is out. I am sure you will find it very beneficial.

      One more thing I want to ask and that is
      How does a CV play a relevant role in getting assessment from NCA? Is Academic as well as Professional experience also matters in getting less assessment from NCA?

    • @MoyosoreSomide
      @MoyosoreSomide  Před 2 lety

      @@anupamsharma8394 your cv plays an important role. Make sure it provides a good representation of your academic and professional experience. I talk about this in detail in my e-book, NCA STARTER PACK.
