Im usually a 9.5 for Nikes, I bought a 9.5 and a 10 to try them both. With the 9.5, there is almost no space between my big toe and the front of the shoe. The 10s still fit very well, but there is slightly more space between my big toe and the front of the shoe. As a wide footer, you should definitely try half a size up and maybe a full size up.
Hi man! I think you should risk it especially if your foot isn't too wide. I have a friend who went true to size and he says the shoes broke in quite nicely after the first couple of times he wore it.
