2000 Aixam 500 Superluxe
This is the French made Aixam 500 microcar. It has a 500cc 2-cylinder Kubota diesel engine with an automatic CVT transmission, producing around 10hp with a top speed of 55-60mph. It has an all plastic and aluminium construction meaning the whole car weighs in at just 380kg, and can be driven on a full bike license in the UK.

I think that engine is missing cylinders 3 and 4.
Well, stick a camera on that drive - and go for a drive ! With another camera looking through the windscreen - so we can see it respond to demand.
