It’s funny how I wish summer never ended while you count the days towards pumpkin season! If only pumpkins were a summer vegetable 🤣 I was wondering if you still work out at home, what videos do you watch and how you plan your schedule? I’m always torn between exercising first thing in the morning and remaining in bed longer!

What’s the temperature there nowadays? I would love some real summer temperatures! (20 to 27 celsius for me is real summer 😊temperature)
The weather is slightly improving, looks like we’re going to have 20-23C in the coming week with mix of cloudy skies and a couple of rainy days too
It was 29 degrees and bright sun all day yesterday where we are in Oxfordshire. There can be as much as a ten-degree difference between the southwest and southeast of England. I think it’s because the southwest is much more exposed to weather systems including rain coming off the Atlantic.
Adriana, have you been using Invisalign? I’ve noticed a difference with your mouth x
Not Invisalign, but I have been seeing my dentist for over 6 months to get my teeth sorted x
