Not sure which catfish we ate there. Most restaurants there say any fried fish they have is catfish. Now you have us planning to try it a few more times when we go back.

Awesome video, but I have a question not related to Magnolia Beach. It's about engines and horsepower. You mentioned that Original Rosie had a 300 horsepower engine, and that on a 6% grade you could get her up to about 35 mph. I'm wondering how much horsepower Rosie Too has, and what kind of performance you have seen from her on 6% grades? Thank you for all the videos, and all of the effort and information that you continue to provide! JG
I wonder the same thing 🙂
Rosie Too has 350hp & on 6% grade stays above 55mph. RT has more torque, gets up to speed quicker and does better up hills. There's almost no difference when towing the Honda.
Thank you so much for the info, that's the kind of real world experience that's invaluable. One other thought, since you mentioned the Honda...do you experience any change in fuel mileage when you have the Honda in tow?

There's 2 Facebook groups for Alfa owners and wannabees. They are super helpful with all these kinds of things. One is Alfa Owners and the other is Alfa Motorcoach Owners. From those 2 groups you can get answers to most things fast. They also have meetups all over the US. That should give you a whole lot info more than we could.

Hot Hot Hot in the summer like the whole gulf coast. But the rest of the year, not counting hurricane season, is supposed to be lovely. VERY windy in spring when we were there. But its FREE, right? We didn't mind.
What about salt damage?
We have never seen anything rust that fast. Ended up having to treat everything with rust remover.
