My whole body pressure comes on my head. Due to that my head getting pressed. My shoulder and arms can't handle weight of my body. Please guide me..

I have tried this and able to get my legs at the right angle...but I am not able to stay in that position atleast for 1min also ..it hurts my shoulder and especially head..😢

Hi it depends on the body and strength also it depends if have any conditions but still can start with few second and then increase
But I was not like strait body it’s making triangle 😂
If you are making the triangle while performing the headstand, it means the distance were not right. (Distance of your arm position and the wall)

Your mat must be 6 mm and activate your arms before lifting your legs up
How long one should do headstand
Depends on the person to person, body type, health situation and mental health.
In general can be start from 2 minutes to 20 min holding
