    Muzhr ye perfectly ata tha fir1/2months ka gap hua aaur meine pushups air dand ki practice karna chalu kiya mere arms mein pain hota hai aaur ab mein headstand karne gaya toh abhi bhi aa raha hai but mein vibrate ho ta hu pehle ki tarah nhi hota aur elbow shoulder mein stress ata hai ,muzhe regain karna hai

      Thank you for writing us. Paihle body ko proper rest do and fir uske baad full body workout start karo and after the month start working on your handstand. Go step by step.

    Despite of strict diet and hard exercises my weight and inches are stuck ...what can be reason for this?

    I have a cervical and right shoulder pain. Can I do shirshasana? I am beginner, I tried to do shirshasana by using your method but I am unable to make balance. My whole body pressure comes on my head. Due to that my head getting pressed. My shoulder and arms can't handle weight of my body. Please guide me..

      Hi, As you have cervical and shoulder pain with this condition I will not suggest you to do headstand. But if you want to do then only do with headstand bench.

      Hi it depends on the body and strength also it depends if have any conditions but still can start with few second and then increase

      If you are making the triangle while performing the headstand, it means the distance were not right. (Distance of your arm position and the wall)

    I have tried this and able to get my legs at the right angle...but I am not able to stay in that position atleast for 1min also ..it hurts my shoulder and especially head..😢

      Apko apki heigh ke according wall se distance calculate krke Headstand try krna h … Ho jayega this is the easiest way to do … thoda time lg sakta h krne me .. body ko samajhne me.. ek connection develop krne me body and mind ka
